Grand at the Dominion

I feel some lackluster tenants have provided some unfavorable reviews. First, it is important to understand why a tenant would be so upset based on the fact that community policy exists. We are awakened each day after and before city ordinance on quiet hours by their three dogs. This puppy play date is actually a cover for the more dogs they have but need to safeguard against the fact that they probably aren’t paying for them… These dogs are the worst… They bark and bite at other dogs and people, their neighbors fear to leave at times Bc these dogs are so poorly disciplined. And these aren’t quiet dogs either… Schnauzers… You know the kind that squeak and bark literally ALL DAY. Hoards of residents within ear shot have complained, yet these girls who claim to be singled out because of their age, act like children who have never had responsibility. Any front office will hold you accountable if you break the rules; these girls think they should have their cake and eat it too. Speaking of the front office, I have never seen an apartment staff with more class. From leasing agents to the property manager, this apartment community is consistent with its name. The only problem with this complex are people like Christine L who are so blinded by their own agenda they can’t see that the jig is up and try to make the place that accepted them (regrettably so) suffer.

Can we say cheaply made everything? We went to visit some apartments and the painters couldn’t even paint somewhat straight lines. The walls are very thin too we could here people casually talking outside as if they were inside. The «wood» floors are not wood they are the plastic stuff. If you get a single you get no bath tub. They tell you more complexes will be ready later in the year… They originally told us everything would be ready March first… Yes well it’s way past March. And their original pricing went up a lot. It is very unorganized, cheaply made apartments, you can tell they just slapped everything together. All the outlets we saw were put on crooked. There are already pot holes in the parking lot. Water drips from the ac and leaves puddles outside I can already see where wood is going to start rotting.
I’m pretty sure this isn’t the highest stand of living in the hill country…
There was a couple swimming in the pool as the guy was throwing his beer cans across the pool and back into the pool.
You will run into a ton of traffic on this street because they are doing construction and it is only one road per way.
You have restaurants very very close to you so you may smell like bbq everyday.
These apartments reminded me of student apartments. So I would recommend these apartments for students. We were hoping for a bit higher quality in their building materials.

So glad that we found this apartment complex. Not only are the apartments brand new, but the entire staff is professional and super nice! They are detail oriented and make sure all your needs are met. Great location, beautiful pool, indoor golf simulator! and a Starbucks coffee machine. Easy choice if you are in the market for an apartment close to La Cantera.
