Grand Fortuna Chinese Restaurant

Wow never again!!! The lady taking orders is rude as hell. Don’t tell me what do I want rudely when I’m bringing this dump money!

My hubby and I have been eating there for more then 25 years, The food is good and the service is good the owener is very sweet, Best Chinese food ever!

This place really needs to be shut down asap. Funky and suspicious tasting almond chicken and please a charge for to go box for the rice. Never again!

As many people have stated, «hole in the wall» is a perfect visual description of Grand Fortuna. It looks a smells a little funny. I have tried a couple of dishes from here when I used to live down the street from them, and they were the closest Chinese restaurant. I’ve tried beef and broccoli, General Tso’s Chicken, and beef fried rice. Their sauces are pretty gross. I didn’t care for the hunks of chicken in the General Tso’s dish. I also tried their hot and sour soup. It tasted nasty.
So all these negatives, why did I give them three stars? Good question. It was really hard for me to give that extra star. I feel they are a solid two save one dish… the beef fried rice. It’s really, really good! The beef is very tender. It’s a good flavor. You get a giant amount for a crazy cheap price! I would have 3 meals on that dish. At less than $ 6 for the dish, it was an amazing deal. So that’s the reason for my embattled rating for Grand Fortuna. If you do brave the trip, beef friend rice all the way! (Get it extra spicy for a little kick!)

This place is the definition of «hole in the wall», and I mean that as a HUGE compliment! If you’re looking for a place with an «A++» rating from the health department or a «high-​end» dining experience then this probably isn’t the place for you. BUT if you’re looking for tasty Chinese food with no frills and great lunch specials with good pricing… then this is YOUR SPOT!!!
I always get the Jalepeno Chicken lunch plate which includes a bunch of extras and I’ve NEVER been disappointed. It comes out to less than $ 5 before tax and I’m full for the entire day!

Absolutely filthy establishment. There were large rat traps strewn about. The service was awful. The food was awful. Obviously in violation of multiple health codes. This place is in dire need of an inspection from the health department. Shut it down!

Been multiple times, food is really good for the price. Good service and usually clean Nothing special, but will go back for more jalapeño chicken or Mongolian beef!

My local Chinese. Have tried it several times. Makes it worth the drive to other places.

Not even worth a rant about how awful it was.

Bad service, tasteless food, dirty tables. :/​never going back
