Okay, I seriously have never had better customer service while doing my taxes until I had my taxes done with Steven Ferrari at this location! He made sure to ask thorough questions to help maximize my refund and was extremely friendly! He made me feel at ease and showed he really knew what he was doing. Not to mention, there was no «awkward silence» between him logging data. He actually made great conversation & shared some interesting stories so I wasn’t just sitting like a bump on a log while he was entering my info. You can really tell he cares about his clients! I will DEFINITELY be back next year with him! I wouldn’t trust anyone else from this point forward! Thanks Steven!
