Great experience and great care. The staff took the time to make sure I understood my insurance and the cost out of pocket. The service was great, my cleaning went well, and Dr. Rivas was awesome!

I received a coupon in the mail from valupak for this place for a free teeth whitening with ‘a paid exam’. When I called to schedule the appointment I mentioned the coupon after giving my insurance info. I asked for the next available appointment which was more than two weeks out. They call two weeks ahead to confirm and then a few days before to confirm again. I mentioned the coupons again on this call. I was told they would call to go over insurance benefits, they never called. On the day of my appointment I arrive to their office. I notice they have the exact same coupon set out on the counter for patients to use. When I hand my paperwork back to the receptionist I include my insurance card and the coupon. She tells me she can’t except the coupon for an exam covered by insurance. I ask for a manager, she is conveniently not in the office. I canceled my appointment and called another provider from their lobby and scheduled an appointment. Bad business practice to deceive patients. Specify on the coupon that you issue if it is for ‘cash only’ patients. Can’t comment on the quality of care but the front desk staff care has holes in it.
