This place is amazing! I went in with the intention of trying out a few classes but after just one, I was hooked! The workout is definitely intense and fast paced but the instructors are great motivators and keep you going every step of the way. The environment was very positive and supportive and you could tell everyone enjoyed being there. So glad I finally stopped in to try it out and sign up for a membership! Best workout I’ve had in a while!

Can’t believe I’m the first to review this terrific kickboxing studio! I’m visiting San Antonio for a month and wanted somewhere to work out to keep off the brisket pounds I always accumulate when I’m in Texas, and this spot fits the bill. The studio itself is brand new, spacious, and very nice. There’s a locker in the back to store your stuff while you get your sweat on. They really invested in the sound system, which delivers some pulsating beats to help you forget about the fact that you can barely breathe during the workout(kidding, kind of). The classes themselves are led by 2 great instructors who keep it positive and motivating while really pushing you. The general structure is an hour-long class, with about ~20mins of warming up/calisthenics and ~30mins hitting/punching the bags with different combos, and ~10 mins stretching. It is a very well-rounded workout. One aspect I really liked is that, for your first class, you are paired with one instructor who is solely assigned to you to help with form, etc. There are folks(mainly women) of all sizes completing the workout and everyone is welcome. Since this location is new, they’re offering pretty great deals to people trying out the gym — $ 30 for 5 classes and a pair of gloves — but my mom and I stopped by in person and they dropped that to $ 15 for 5 classes which is frankly a steal. Expect a hard sell after your first class where they try to get you to upgrade to a monthly package, but no worries if you elect not to — the instructors are still friendly and awesome!
