PLEASEREADREVIEWS. We all have gone through the same. This company is fraudulent. It’s such a shame to try to support local businesses, but end up dealing with crooks. Save yourself from the pain that is to deal with this company. It’s not worth it.

I couldn’t agree more with the other few Unilocal reviews that have been posted! Intruder Alert Systems — San Antonio, installed the alarm system at our custom home at the recommendation of our builder. Also signed a 3 year commitment due to my lack of research-my mistake. Our front door sensor is now defective and they took 5 hours to repair it during which time they also cut the door bell wiring. To repair the door bell they had to cut a hold in my drywall and are now lacking accountability and responsibility in making this situation right. I’ve spoken to both co-owners and neither seems to have any regard for providing a reasonable service experience for their customer. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had in quite a while! My request is very reasonable and I’ve now had to make numerous phone calls with no acceptable resolution. I’ve even asked to get out of my contract for which they said they have no early cancellation option and would have to pay monitoring fees for the full 3 years before I can cancel!!! My advice — don’t waste your money with a company that doesn’t appreciate their customers. Did I mention that they are also way overpriced compared to the competitors that offer far superior features with their monitoring services???

I couldn’t figure out a way to give them zero stars. Stay away. Very over priced. VERY over priced. We went with them because we bought a new house and they put in the system and they came highly recommeded from the builder. We signed a 3 year contract(that was the only way they’d do it) and that was ALL my fault. No tricks, they didn’t twist my arm. But I regretted it. Beyond slow in reacting to alarms, THEY decided whether or not to send the police when/if they couldn’t get us and we ever had an alarm going off, and then when my company relocated me(and we sold the house), with 4 – 5 months left on my contract, there was absolutely no wiggle room. The response I got from their very friendly(that was sarcasm) rep was«you signed the contract and you owe us.» That’s a quote. I gladly paid them the last 4 months just to be done with them. STAYAWAY. I really would like to give them something LESS than zero stars. You’ve been warned.
