I have used JD twice before, with favorable reviews. The last time was less than favorable. The review was posted on Thumbtack, by Lisa W. Another review was posted on Google. His response was the same lies. This guy resorts to getting friend and relatives to give him five star ratings. He even posted a review on himself. This is a sure sign, of a struggling company. He never states where his store is located. Now he says he has no store. Once again you lied. If he is ISF certified. He says now he is not. He said new TV’s don’t need a burn-in period. Please google, and see what the experts have to say. If he carries workmen’s comp. This is important. If a worker is injured in your home, he can then sue you, the home owner. I notice he also has photos of my home theater on Flickr. He had absolutely nothing to do with this installation. How many other photos are not his installs? First I would like to say, I have absolutely nothing to gain giving a negative review. The business owner should look at it as constructive criticism. Something to help his business going forward. Not JD. He looks at it as an attack on him. So he responds with lies, to make himself look innocent, blameless and try to save his struggling business. He said he fired all his employees, because they were stealing from him. I think this guy is just paranoid. Everyone is against this pitiful guy! I am a disabled, senior citizen. I am also a veteran. I am the people you say you are trying to help. After I posted my review, you called within 30 minutes. You said you could mount my TV now. I asked if you had read my previous review. You said you had not. Another lie. When you got to my house I read the review to you, before you started. You stated, and I quote. «It is all true. I dropped the ball. I apologize.» I accepted your apology, you mounted the TV. I thought that was the end, until I saw your lying response. First I paid you $ 160 dollar for the first mount. When you came back you said you would like to repay me for my kindness. I had given you a high dollar Optoma HD projector, and a High-end Denon receiver. You said there would be no charge for the remount. You keep talking about doing the work for free. What a lie. Thousands of dollars worth of av equipment, and that’s free. If you’re in the business of mounting TV’s for free, I urge all potential customers ask for a free mounting. I gave you these, not expecting anything in return. But, after your lies, if you would like to return these items, I will gladly pay your $ 160 mounting charge. I am a retired registered nurse. Registered nurses have the highest rating in trust, honesty, and ethics. I don’t know where TV mounters rank. If I had to base it on my experience with you, it would not be very high. As far as donations. I give to many local, and nationwide charities. All these are legitimate. St. Jude, ASPCA, local battered women’s shelter, local animal rescue, Goodwill, and others. I have records to prove this. As a R.N. I volunteered at health fairs, community health screenings, and others. I see other people see you for what you are. Your so-called donation site has collected a grand total of $ 0, in two weeks! Thank you. That is all, for now. I will continue to post reviews, as long as you continue to lie.

I’ve never laughed so hard at the hilarity of a Unilocal page. Awesome.

This company does a great job at a fair price and is easy to work with. I was more than satisfied with the TV wall mounting they did for me. They are fast and efficient and were able to make special accommodations for me which is always appreciated. Call these guys and you can be confident in a job well done.
