Tonight, I went for the Big Kuhuna and it was definitely well worth it. I only could eat half of the regular size. Money well spend with a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 free, winning for a whopping $ 9.00. The cheesesteak was filled to perfection, hot and fresh. My new philly cheese steak restaurant in San Antonio.

Stopped by today for a quick lunch and got a Philly cheese steak and an original mikes, I believ it had prosciutto, ham, and provolone. They slice the meat in front of you and the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are super fresh and flavorful with a nice addition of salt, pepper, olive oil, and a red wine vinaigrette. Amazing on top of almost any sub. The Philly cheese steak wss equally amazing and devine. Service is as quick as possible and very friendly. Definitely up there if you think of chain sub shops.

I’d never been here, decided to check it out today. The subs are really good. I tried the #43 I should’ve added jalapeños to it, but the sub itself was really good. The bread is super soft! Oh and the watermelon flavor tea was delicious. The team is really friendly too.

The Oringal Italian, Mikes Way, is slammin!!! But the 5th star is the staff at rt 151. They are super suggestive and convinced me to try something new on a cold cut sub. Super place!!!

Worst service I’ve ever had. They screwed up my order and gave me completely different sandwiches than the ones I ordered and then told me that I ordered wrong so I was stuck with it. I’ll NEVER be going back there.

Hands down the best cheesesteak in town. Ingredients are always fresh, and if you get a cold sub then«Mike’s way» is very good. It does get very busy during lunch especially and the line moves relatively slow. The booths are very uncomfortable so don’t plop down hard or you’ll end up with a two-by-four in your you-know-where. I don’t like the tip option on the newer credit card machine. Before I would always leave cash or write in a tip on the receipt, usually 25%. Now I pick the bare minimum 10% option because I think the prompt comes off as greedy or in your face tip me.

Tried to have lunch here today, and there was a handwritten sign on the door stating«temporarily closed today.» Very disappointed! I was really looking forward to a sandwich«Mike’s way.»

Being a sandwich master I found this place simply great. It’s straight forward food with quality ingredients. Don’t forget that olive oil and vinegar. It’s no Jimmy Johns but that sandwich shop was grandfathered into my essence since a toddler apprenticing the art of the sandwich. So I’m partial.

Have been very please with every visit. Well… except for one, I got the wrong sandwich, I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to go back and fix it so I ate it anyway and it was delicious lol.

This place is always clean and the staff is wonderful! Very polite and everything is well made. Menu isn’t very big but what they make, they make it right.

Sanwiches are always fresh and delicious and the service is decent. It’s a little slow even if there are only one or two peeps ahead of me, and it might have to do with their orders, but Mike’s should have two employees helping the line along when it gets long. Otherwise, the dining room has always been kept clean and spacious, and there’s a TV, since they don’t offer free wifi.

The sub I had here was very good. Not jersey-ish but very good. I love that they slice the meat in front of you but they should put more meat on the sub, especially for the price. The lines can get long. And they way it’s set up you hurt will be right in front of people sitting at the tables. It’s a strip mall so it’s about the only setup they can do. I tried the jersey mikes app to start collecting points to earn some sort of rewards but the kid on register was new and only told me it didn’t work and offered no sort of resolution which is irritating but he’s new and there was a line of people behind me so I let it go.

4 stars for flavor… The cutting all The way through the bread is not ideal to make a sub as all the meat and veggies will fall out when trying to take a bite. However requesting to only«butterfly» the bread made it more ideal and an actual«sub». I am from the East Coast and am acquainted well with the Philly sub and real cheesesteak deluxe quality but I must say that this cheesesteak was pretty yummy. It will satisfy my «back east» craving while here.

I love the Original Italian Sub done Mike’s Way. I’ve only been here a few times, yet the customer service from the group working the counter is outstanding. Other sub shops make you feel rushed to make a decision, and they answered my questions and even prepped half my sandwich to go while I ate the other half there.

Better than subway, but not sure if they can be compared to a private owned deli. Fresh meat and cheese, and they don’t slack on the quantity!

It was my very first time trying this place since I just moved here from the east coast and I wasn’t disappointed. Now I had a very basic sandwich, the turkey and provolone and not«mikes way» but it was good. Loved the bread they use. It actually reminded me of a sandwich I always get at jimmy johns, but I only speak for what I got. They do hot sandwiches as well and those things are smoking(literally). I’ll definitely go back and be a lil braver and try something different. The location is in a shopping center and I did go during lunch hours, so expect it to be quiet busy… Def worth a try though!

Jersey Mikes is a common lunch stomping ground for me. It’s close to work, fast, and does a solid sub. The lunch line can be a bit intense at times so I usually go on the weekends I have to work and it is much better. Regardless they usually get you through the line quickly and efficiently. Now this place is no New York deli but it still serves as an acceptable Italian sub and their chipotle cheesesteak concoction is pretty good too. Just make sure that no matter what you order you eat it there because it will be soggier than an old man’s diaper by the time you get home/back to work. All of the hot sandwiches will be soggy for sure if you don’t eat them right away, the cold subs could be okay as long you don’t get them«Mike’s Way» which I would advise against. I f you get there for a mid-week lunch and the line is huge and there isn’t a single seat in the house don’t worry somehow a spot always magically opens up. I’m not sure how it works but it does, so don’t be too hasty in taking your food to go. You don’t want to bite into a soaked depends for lunch trust me. Be patient and have faith people. The parking lot is huge so if you can’t find a spot you’re probably blind and should get the hell off the road. Solid spot for lunch if you’re in the mood.
