I had to postpone an appointment on the day due to not having a car, and ensured to call first thing in the morning to cancel a late afternoon appointment. I was told that I would have to pay a $ 50 dollar cancellation fee because I did not give 24 hours notice– despite their office being closed all weekend. I’ll pay the fee and find a more conveniently located dentist. I kept going back out of loyalty even though I moved to the other side of town over a year ago and only ever went to get teeth cleanings. Loyalty being one-​sided, time to bounce.

Still the best no matter what location you see Dr Hamilton at! look no further, he’s the MAN! The bad reviews are from those kind of people that will never be satisfied no matter what you do. You’ll see. And my teeth are now beautiful thanks to Dr H!

Terrible experience with Dr. Hamilton. Went in for a routine checkup and ended up talking to the assistant the entire time. I literally saw the doctor for 3 minutes and felt rushed when I had lots of questions. He has several locations and I feel he can’t keep up with all of them. I suggest finding a doctor that can take the time to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Very attentive and personable staff. Dr Hamilton came out and took the time to talk to us about the post care for our friend we accompanied here for implant surgery.
Dental Technician came out after Dr. Hamilton and checked to see if we had any questions regarding the post surgical care and was very attentive.
Will definitely be coming back here for dental care… very personable staff and Dentist!
