If there were 10 stars they definitely would have got it. I can’t say enough about Kinetico. The sales girl came out on a Friday and our softener was installed on Monday. The install guys were so customer oriented. Anthony was soooo nice. Looked you in your eyes when talking to you. I like that in a person. The next day we noticed a leak so I called and they were at my home within an hour to fix a minor repair. I now LOVE, LOVE my soft water. No more scrubbing anything that touches water…

I love our kinetico water softener, no more water bottles and no more filtered pitchers in my house! Adding a water softener to our home really has spoiled us :)
I really valued Kinetico’s no pressure sales process and friendly staff who helped guide us through the installation process. While our softener was a bit more expensive than I expected, it’s been a great addition to our home and I can’t imagine going back to having hard water. Thanks Kinetico!
