If you need a law firm that will be there and do what they say they will this law office is not for you. At first they are all friendly, helpful and in reality they lie to you about how much they will help you, don’t committ when they say they will and make fake promises and false hope on the initial free consultation then when they have your money they don’t return calls or seem to be always «busy with someone else» or «out of the office». Never once spoke to an actual lawyer. A bunch of incompetent assistants running the firm. They charged me an arm and a leg for nothing and they clearly don’t care about thier clients facing deportation. Very unprofessional firm and a total fraud. My family member is facing being deported and possibly losing his life upon return to his country because of this offices incompetence and lack of assistance. They did not answer multiple calls during my family members asylum interview and I was assured they would be present during the interview. Waste of money! I called the office asking to speak to an actual lawyer or a manager in charge and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes than hung up on! No return call either! Take your business to a law firm that will actually do something instead of taking your money and do nothing for you… it’s a shame they take advantage of people in thier time of need and appear to care… if I could leave no stars I would!
