This is by far the worst Mac store I have ever been to. The «artists» are rude. Rolling eyes must be a must to work here. The store manager must not really care about what goes on in this store. Please pay attention to what customers are Unilocaling about.

Came in here and immediately felt uncomfortable… none of the workers were friendly to me at all, and I felt rather unwelcome. Either they all hate their job or they think they’re better than everyone with their dramatic contours and bold lips. If I want another MAC product I’d rather order it online than come back to this location.

Alonda was extremely helpful with my non-​creative skills. She worked with my daughter to help me get the right color pallets. I loved her patience and time she took with us. The color selections she came up with the pallet cases with my daughter giving great direction.

So tired of this tragically dated makeup line. I was a loyal customer for years. In the past year, I have diversified my makeup collection by trying several different and better brands. I went in recently to find an item. The artist who helped me has zero knowledge of the product line. She also lacked any kind of personality or customer service. I also don’t understand why, at this particular store, you have to wait for any kind of help no matter how many people are in the store. Finally, most of the artists who work here are basically slathering on clown makeup. Different looks can be fun, but sometimes people just want a look for a desk job.
Anyway, the whole company can use a restructuring and reinvention.

I had an appointment here at 2pm to have my make up done. I looked online and saw it was a 50 dollar minimum purchase. I called to book it and the gentleman on the phone also reminded me it would be 50 dollars. When I got there, I waited for several minutes before being greeted. I was then passed on from one employee to the next, each giving me the look of being completely inconvenienced by my being there. Finally, the girl who originally greeted me said she would do my make up. When I sat down, she told me it would be a 75 dollar minimum purchase. I told her that I was told 50. She leaves and a few minutes later, the manager comes to tell me it is 75 dollars on New Years Eve. I left. Being passed around and then being told I had to spend more than I was planning was enough for me. They knew what day my appointment was (12⁄31) and should have let me know about the price change. This and unfriendly employees makes me want to never return.

I love this Mac store. We got help as soon as we walked in and he stayed and helped up till check out. My mom took forever choosing what she wanted and he was so patient with us the whole time. This is the best makeup ever!

What a great place to shop for all your needs and wants. I love coming into this mall why. because they have a MAC store. Well that’s just one reason. I truly like the variety of stores this mall has to offer. When I’m in the area I try to make a stop just to grab my fave makeup or body sprays which can be found at VS.
