The lady who mailed my packages today(I think the manager) was extremely condescending when I had a question about pricing. I expected better service in the Alamo Heights area. Just know that this place charges double what the PO does and has awful customer service. The employees seem very uneducated.

I’ve always had very good service from the folks here. Have been taking my things to ship here for years. You’re in and out of there in a flash. I’m not sure about the poster who complained about the charges. They always present all shipping options, as well as the cost of each, before you select how you want to ship. If they asked me for $ 75 to ship a sweatshirt, I might have just said«No Thanks». Very confusing complaint if you ask me.

Do not use Mail Center USA for APO postage to military friends or family(or any other US Postal business, for that matter). My wife sent me a light sweatshirt and a few boxes of coffee and the postage for US Postal was $ 38.00. Mail Center tacked on a $ 30 upcharge and also billed her $ 6.35 for a box. None of this was explained during the billing process. All in all, a 6LB box to a US address cost $ 75 to ship Priority Mail to a US address. Also, the box arrived with NO Priority Mail markings. That’s the second time we’ve shipped with them and the Priority Mail stickers were not applied. Fool me twice, shame on me I guess.

I just dropped off a very important anniversary gift to be wrapped and the young lady said it would be ready soon. I returned a few hours later and the DOORWASLOCKED! I am livid! We are leaving town and I needed this gift for the trip. Yoiu have really messed up my anniversary!
