The bartender was horrible. He not only ignored us but when we were finally able to place an order he rushed off before we were done ordering. When the drinks came out he still made us wait a while before giving us our total so we can get back to our bowling game.
Once we were back at the bowling area we realized we had a server. We ordered our drinks through him and they were on point. We ordered some chips and queso and the guy never brought them to us but sure as hell charged is for it!!!
Anyways, my experience was not great here but the only thing good here were the drinks

This place is great, everything is very well organized and they have great customer service. All kinda of entertainment for the whole family and prices aren’t that bad either! I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for something to do with your airman or are just looking for a good quality time!

Yesterday I gave my husband a bowling party! We had an absolute WONDERFUL time and experience! The buffet layout exceeded my expectations. We bowled, ate and had a good time! Well worth the money. The staff was so nice and courteous. Granted it was a weekday so it wasn’t crowded, but still it was a good atmosphere. The drinks at the bar had us feeling good too.
Thank you Main event for making me look like the best wife in the world. My husband was not expecting that from a «bowling alley» and I must admit, neither was I. I am totally 100% satisfied with last night’s event.

Great food and service!!! Our party was taken care by excellent customer service. The kids had a great time.

Foods good, facility is nice, ton of stuff to do, a little expensive for what you get, and not enough staff to manage the busyness.

We went here for the very first time, very impressed with the space; most especially the bowling alley and game area. (Except the bowling table area were too close.)
Other then that, the food really sucks and horrible costumer service. The fries I ordered was the amount of small McDonald fries for $ 4 bucks and some change. I honestly did not want to purchase the fries but I had my two toddlers with us who were hungry but man, the food isn’t worth the price though. It’s very expensive.
I wish I knew the employee who was the cashier. (Lots of young teen/​early twenties employees) She gave me a buzz thing for when my fries are ready, that thing did not buzz at ALL. I had to go back and fourth to check up on the order. Within about an hour wait I went back for the 4^th time … she finally notice me that I had waited for a while. She said something was wrong with the buzz. Tried so hard to have patience with her. Then I ask if I could have water which is «free». I didn’t want to use the plastic cups (we all have at home) so I asked if I could have a paper cup instead and she made it such a big deal explaining how it’ll cost cause of the «size», it’s for other drinks than water etc. like I sorta get it but at least lend me the smallest cup, it’s paper and will be thrown away. I just kept quiet and left.
I’m sure a lot of people have good times at this place. It’s just the food price is ridiculous and the service was just bad to me, never again.
I saw other toddlers there… but i wouldn’t bring my kids there until their over 5 or so. For now I’ll rather bring them to chuck e cheese instead.
Would I ever go here again? Yes, just to play games. (Even though the games are somewhat pricey too) but it seems fun to us. most likely it’ll just be my husband and I next time. We’ll plan to eat before we get there or after. Anywhere but main event foods.

I don’t know if I had kids I’d bring them here. More expensive than Chuck e cheese and Peter Piper pizza. Overcrowded on the weekends. To get drinks takes at least 10 – 15 minutes. 3 hour wait on bowling for one game and cut off on the 2^nd. Pool was an hour wait. If you didn’t get the fun pass wrist band it was 8 bucks a game.
The arcade sucked. They have arcade games you pay 1.00 to 1.50 for games you can play on your smartphone or tablet for free like doodle jump and Temple run.
The four way air hockey would have been cool, they need barriers, and it’s 1.50 per person to play, 6.00 to start.
My gun in laser tag didn’t work, had to get it switched out, lost half my time. Laser tag is (free for all) and the arena is smaller than what the average person who’s played laser tag is used to. Better to have teams
We lost our waiter, ordered pizza ourselves, 4 bucks a slice or 16.95 for a whole. The pizza was good/​decent so an extra star there. And you felt uncomfortable doing shots or drinking with kids all over the place.
Pool was fun, 8 bucks a game two hour wait, but the tables are so close together.
My advice is, go to DAVE AND BUSTERS, CHUCK E CHEESE, PETER PIPER PIZZA, A bar, or any laser tag area, whatever you want to do for a better experience.

Me and my kids went in for dinner and games. My kids were super excited as we had never been here before! Once we got in it was so every crowded for a Monday but as sson as we walked in we were looking around for somewhere to sit. We found a table close to the billards bar. We sat down with a manager and four emploees standing right at the entrance of the kitchen we sat and waited and waited and waited finally we got up after not one person tried to help us. We walked over to a person and asked were are seats avaible where we can get service. The manager who had been standing there talking to employees directed us to the hostess that was not at her hostess stand she was one of the emploees talking. We asked a server if they can help us get a seat and she said sure but just fyi im the only server in the entire side!!! Every table was full we sat down at a booth and watched her walk away not to ever return. We finally got up and walked out! Im kids left crying they wanted to play so bad! We will not be returning

One star for the variety of games. Beautiful big facility.
Don’t bother asking for help with anything.
All the young employees have the snottiest attitudes you’ve ever seen.
My nephew wanted to get on the gravity attraction. Went to purchase the boarding pass and Sam said it was sold out. Sold out? On a Friday night !!! Nobody was even on it at the time and my nephew kept asking why he couldn’t get on.
When I saw new people boarding the attraction I went to ask the attendant if he could clarify the situation. Roman the kid with a lisp snapped at me saying there was nothing he could do. All I asked was if there was a better time to get on and with a snarky attitude, roman said SORRY NOTHING I CAN DO. All I had was a simple question and he couldn’t give me a simple answer.
Avoid this place. Avoid roman.

La Bella’s pizza located inside between bowling and bar! Epic! Billiards to right if bar which is closest to entrance for those kinda Friday’s when you need a drink and billiards.
Air hockey, fruit ninja, crutch rocket, car racing, Laser Tag and more.
$ 34 after 4 pm I believe to bowl and $ 3.50/shoe rental .2.50 for kiddos
Tonight I’m here to bowl and drink because it’s a ladies night out .

Family loves coming here!!! Bowling as a family and eating some great food while we bowl. Laser tag as a group was fun and ropes course tired me out. Games for points and you can go home with prizes.
Big party rooms a d pool tables. TVs everywhere.

Saturday was packed. Waited 3 hours to bowl and only could bowl for 1 hour. 4 people $ 89. I felt ripped off. Food was good. We had quesadillas and pepperoni pizza. Crowd is kinda rough. A lot of westsiders which is cool if that’s your thing.

Holy cow. Never EVER coming back here. Their system is totally disorganized. Everything is over priced. Plan to wait AT LEAST an hour if not more for anything you want to do. When we left, the wait for bowling was 3 ½ hours. And then when you actually got to do something– your time is very limited. We played laser tag, however something happened with their system that caused us to go in about 5 minutes later than expected– which was fine up until we realized that this cut into our playing time. Instead of the 15min play time, we got about 7−10min. And besides all that– about 90% of the staff seems to just absolutely hate their job. Complete waste of money, and a weekend. Go somewhere else.

There’s many fun things to choose from, but OMG!!! The customer service is just horrible. First I asked this girl because it’s my first time here, how do we pay for the food, with our game card or by cash? And she laughs sarcastically and says, «cash /​card «like if I’m dumb. It was a simple question. I didn’t know. Well then we go to sign up for the gravity ropes & well the cashier at that desk is rude as well, just a coincidence? I think not. Then, we order food and the cashier charges my debit card and not my food card. And she laughs and says, «sorry I already did it. «this place is a great place for fun but the employees need to learn a couple of things about customer service!!!

Really the service sucks so bad… you pay 60 bucks for a line for an hour and half to bowl. We where told that we would have a sever waiting on us however the story when we arrived in our lane was much different. When we finally got service the severs where actually arguing in front of us about what kinda for beer they had on tap and then took 20 min to bring it to us. Everything was expensive and not worth it at all. save your money and go to any other bowling alley!

Took the kids here last night, we normally go to the location off 281 but this one is closer to home. Unfortunately the other location is much better than this one. There was a 2 or more hour wait for everything so we decided to sign up for bowling and get some food while we waited. We were seated and did not see a waiter for 34 minutes (yes I timed it). We finally ordered our drinks and a pizza. Remarkably the pizza was out in 10 minutes. When the pizza arrived we asked for refills, it would be 25 minutes before we saw the waiter (Jesse) again, and without our drinks. The waitstaff far far more interested in taking pictures and talking with their teen friends than waiting in their guests. We will not be returning to this location.

Waiter went above and beyond to get us our drinks and food but the food was bland and presentation was awful. I had the cowboy burger and there was a tomato that still had the core in it. Fries were also cold and oily. Not impressed at all.

I really love what this place has to offer in terms of activity, but with inconsistent service I think this place will continue to be a 3-​star experience.
I came here on a Friday afternoon with my in-​laws and went bowling. The desk and waitstaff service were both great & the drinks were delish. For $ 36 for 4 people for an hour, we felt the value was adequate. The only issue I had at all was the lane had gum on it, so bowling around it was a little difficult. The shoes were also already damaged, which is frustrating. I also know that with this place being new, those shoes can and should be replaced within a year for free and they ought to take advantage of that.
We came back here yesterday with my sister and purchased $ 15 wristbands that allowed for unlimited laser tag, bowling, gravity ropes, billiards & shuffleboard. Shoes for bowling were not included. This worked well for us as we played 2 games of bowling, went and played shuffleboard, bowled again & then played laser tag. What brought the experience down from a great value and family night was the horrible service everywhere we turned. The desk girl was somewhere between rude and angry at something, so we quickly escaped to our bowling lane. I never, I mean not once, had a waitress. A waitress served the lane next to me, but she didn’t serve us at all. At one point I asked, «Ma’am, do you know who our server is?» .The answer was her. Finally I begged for a few waters & gave up on snacks or alcohol. I got them as we were finishing up. We went over to the bar to get Shuffleboard & the food I was missing. Except that the bartender didn’t want to help me. As in he asked, «What can I get for you?» and when I replied, «Well, I’d like to play shuffleboard & I’ll order once we get settles» He literally went ‘K’ and turned back to help drinking patrons… I just wanted shuffleboard, which when he ran out of other people to help and couldn’t avoid me further — I finally got. I decided not to humor him further with buying alcohol.
I could continue recounting the long, difficult night we had with every employee after this but I wouldn’t want to add more bad light to a clear miss.
We love the activities, but I’m afraid of the service if it can go from Great to Horrible, and what could be in store next time.

I must say attending this venue on a Monday was not something I had planned; however, on a whim my friends and I decided to check it out.
The specials they have for Monday nights after 4pm are pretty impressive!
$ 9.95 unlimited game play (they don’t disburse tickets)
$ 9.95 unlimited bowling, laser tag, rope play, and billiards

No matter how impressive the specials were I was underwhelmed by the service.
When we were assigned a bowling lane we were waiting about fifteen minutes and still hadn’t been serviced on.
I found this very ironic as two lanes down from us there were two servers assisting them without any hesitation.
I had to go up myself and ask if I needed to place my own order at the bar or if someone would help us.
Finally about ten minutes later we were finally waited on.
The service from this point was not that great. We constantly had to go up and get things for ourselves.
The food was pretty decent for a bowling place but no matter how great the prices or food… If the service is horrible it’s not even worthwhile.
For now I’m putting this place on a timeout and will give it another shot in the months to come.

My first visit was with our office for some team building. We arrived on Thursday around 1pm and enjoyed bowling and a few games of laser tag. The bowling lanes are automated with large screens that show your scores and plenty of fun stats. The lanes were very slick, perhaps a little too slick and seemed slightly narrower than the standard lane. We enjoyed the appetizers; chips and salsa and large sampler tray. I had the mojitos, good drinks with plenty of alcohol. No one else in our group had complaints. We had three hours of fun, but I would never go here on a weekend or weekend night, I could not imagine the kids.
