VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I’m only giving this rating 5 stars, therefore, my comment will be seen but overall it’s not worth any stars!!! This was my first time here. Very unprofessional hair salon. I bought a discount card and booked an appointment last week with Erica. Hair stylist spoke very inappropriate. I feel as if I got my money’s worth on my hair from the coupon I purchased, BUT, OMG I will never return to this location. Very dirty, unprofessional hair stylist!

I love this salon. The stylist are fantastic and they know how to make you look great.

Stopped in to get a pedicure while perusing nearby book stores and bubble tea. Although the staff was very friendly to me and charged me less for what the advertised pedicure price was, I’m not sure I would come back. First off, I got hit up by a Herbalife solicitor upon entering. There was an employee’s child walking around, sticking her hands in my foot bath water while getting a pedicure, handling the pedicure equipment, etc. without the tools being subject to additional sanitation. The lady doing my nails (no doubt, friendly) took breaks while working on me to talk to other employees and to other people coming into the store. When I got home, I found clear polish beyond where my toenails were, all over the beds of my toes, and had to clean up the nailbed on one of my big toes, plus the surrounding skin.

I went to get a hair cut and style. They were very friendly, and I loved the haircut! I got some advice for doing some color for next time. The price was really good, since I got a coupon w/​kgb deals. so I payed $ 35 w/​the discount and I left a $ 10 tip. I hope it was enough.
I will definitely recommend this salon, they seem very professional and more importantly looks that they know how to work with your hair. Gia did a great job with my hair, I asked her to keep the lenght but cut some layers, she did a fantastic job, and very quickly. I did not do my color, but next time I will go back to that.
