Maverick 1 50 Cleaners No 3

picked up dry cleaning with laundry on saturday… go home and wake up in the morning to put on my slacks… noticed a ²¹⁄₂ inch rip or tear at the bottom of my slacks. spoke to a lady named Cheryle. she said bring it in and we will try to find a way to fix the problem… shortly after her response, she transfers the call to a man named «Lee» who he said was the owner of this location… He told me that they are not responsible for the damages. He also said that” Men’s Wearhouse has bad clothing products and this happens all the time”…I have never had a problem with Men’s Wearhouse at all… He then told me to take my business elsewhere… I told him that my parents have been coming there for over 3yrs… His response to that «that does not matter to me and I do not care… I asked him why he was narcissistic in his rude demeanor… He then hung up the phone and proceeded to think that «one customer would not make a difference in the world»…how foolish this is… Empires are built by belief and faith with devotion backed with a strong spine, not a foolish walk with no hope…

Close to my house and there service is really fast. Not the best creases I’ve ever seen but I’ve seen worse. Like I said, close to the house.

My wife and I spend between $ 300-​$ 400/​month on laundry/​dry-​cleaning.
Because we spend so much, we thought it would be a good idea to try a new cleaners… We found Maverick on Perrin-​Beitel and have had varied success with their service. For the most part, they do a decent job.
I am a rather «picky» person and I know I care more about how my clothes look than most people… I realize I am picky! [I just grew up with my Dad telling me how things used to be — that people used to care about their work!]
Anyway… Maverick really screwed up on three of my shirts (did not press/​iron all three). They had just been washed and hung on a hanger… Even though we always get «light» or «medium» starch. So, I asked for these three shirts to be redone. And as I explained to the representative, it is not the mistake that matters, it’s only how you overcome the mistake that makes a difference! I wasn’t really concerned at this time.
I should have been concerned right away. I have gone back two more times to retrieve my shirts, but they cannot find my shirts. I have called them two times. My wife has gone by once. I have asked for the manager to call me… NOTHING!
Not only do I not have my shirts, but I the manager has just refused to call me.
I was EXTREMELY nice, professional, courteous… the first two times I went back. Now, I am being asked to «check my closet because most customers make mistakes»
3 fairly expensive shirts — one with my initials embroidered… They admitted it was their mistake the first time I showed up… But now, a full 5 weeks later, they cannot find my shirts and it is suddenly my fault.
I suggest you find a different cleaners to use. They may be cheap, but losing your clothes is not worth it!

I could not rate them any less. I needed an emergency shirt press for an interview after my iron went out and they did it for me on the spot. The people are so friendly. The prices are perfect.

Awesome place. Friendly dudes. Great prices! And great a job with my clothes. I can’t believe for 5 dress shirts and pants the bill came out to $ 11. Perfect!

Dry cleaning and laundry was great and so was the price. Laundry took 2 ½ days and dry cleaning took 1 ½ days.

So my picky husband doesn’t care for the fact the creases in his dress shirts aren’t ‘creasy’ enough… These guys do a great job, theyre affordable, and you won’t find a much friendlier group around these parts!
