I had to have a minor procedure done, still I was quite scared. Dr Marley explained everything in detail and was very gentle considering the procedure. Dr. Marley and his nurse Chrystal were very proficient. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience.

I walked in around 545 and was greeted by a warm and friendly staff. They explained the co-pay and that without insurance the max they will charge is $ 180…not bad at all. I filled out a couple forms and was seen by an RN within minutes. The Doctor(palacio) came in right behind the nurse. He was amazing. I had such a great experience that I will just continue to go there instead of finding a primary. Like most people I can’t always get away from work when I get sick so this is a perfect fit. Highly recommend! Thank you for the wonderful visit.

So disappointed to write this review. We have visited this location several times and have usually had good service. But, not today! The lady Doctor who calls herself the«Medical Director»(with the bright blue eyeshadow) was rude and didn’t honor a previous arrangement made. She even used hand gestures like those used in a teenage movie! Sad to see that the PA’s that work here have a better bedside manner and are far more thorough. Not returning to this location.

What to do when your primary care physician is out of the office? I reluctantly went to MedPost on Thousand Oaks. The minute I walked in the door and was greeted I began to relax. Everyone I encountered was professional and caring. The paper work was simple. Two seperate swabs had to be completed, the medical assistant was skilled. The PA was also very caring and in no way rushed. I highly recommend MedPost on Thousand Oaks, they impressed this nurse executive!
