Miracle Nails

I highly recommend this location for The Miracle Nail salon. I look forward to Vo ’ s pedicure which includes the most wonderful foot massage. great job every time, love the nail polish results; feel great when I leave. Friendly staff & run by family.

I was a little hesitant about going but I decided to give it a try. The staff was very accomadating and the the pedicure was awesome! Very good massage

Same as other reviewer: Guys playing cards, conversations about customers in their native language, rude. I never had a problem with how my nails looked when finished, but poor customer service was enough to where I’m never going back.

Worst customer service. My nails were not horrible but I was turned off by the customer service, how they just have conversations with each other about clients in their language and pick up their phones and talk about girls assuming clients don’t understand. They just neglected me, I just wanted to end my services because I felt so uncomfortable. I will never return.

Loved the experience! Nail tech let me choose my color (I’ve had nail techs in other places telling me what color to wear). Had called earlier worried I needed an appointment but they took me in. He didn’t rush and did an awesome job!

I went in today to get a full set of nails and get my old nails taken off.
To start off with when I walked into this place I was ignored because they were playing cards.
This was the worse nail experience I’ve ever had, the man who did my nails today rushed to put on my nails all the nails on both of my hands are different sizes and not even. As he guy is finishing he asked me how much I paid for my last set, when I told him he laughed and told me why didn’t I bother looking up their prices before I came, after I told him the price doesn’t bother me as long as they look good ill pay whatever he rolled his eyes and said next time I should pay attention to the prices before I go places as if I could not afford to pay their measly $ 38 for a set! I have never felt so belittled as a customer and will never return to this place. The guy was beyond rude and totally disregarded the fact I told his I was unsatisfied because of the length and air bubbles, the worst experience part is an understatement!

Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I have only been there twice to get my eyebrows done. I don’t know how they do nails yet but reading other reviews makes me wanna get it done there. Anyways they do an amazing job with eyebrow waxing. I have never seen my eyebrows so perfectly shaped, even, and in tact. Every other place I have gotten them done just do an average job at $ 10 bucks but here at miracle nail, they go far and beyond for my eyebrows. I got them done twice but two different people so you know good quality isn’t found by one person here. This is now my official eyebrow wax place, I think I would be too scared to go try anywhere else for my eyebrows!

The atmosphere is nice. The staff are very friendly and the color selection is great.
I like that they have their prices listed on a brochure that you can take with you. The prices are reasonable.
They do nails, spa pedicures and waxing.
The owner’s little girl is usually present, but is quite well behaved.
