Here it is for the 3rd Time…“All Personal Attacks and Privacy concerns have been addressed” «This company wasted my time and has questionable business practices. I called Monday December 21, 2015 and spoke with Amy and she said they could have someone come out Wednesday between 8 – 12 to service the fireplace. I explained to her that I work during those hours and it wasn’t plausible for me to take off, could it be rescheduled for an earlier date and at a later time during the day. To be honest they no called no showed twice, I really didn’t have much confidence in them, that they would actually show up! I requested 3 times to speak with a supervisor; they hung up on me twice. Amanda, the „supervisor“ called me back and refused to let me speak. She started by saying that the tech did try to call me on Friday but no one answered. Come on Amanda!!! Seriously??? In this day and age with technology you’re telling me that your tech called and there’s no record of it? Not a voicemail or number on the call log??? That’s the second time the company lied to me.(The first time was when they implied that I mixed up the dates.) She said that she could get a service tech out sooner ONLY if I took down a bad review of their business off of Unilocal!SERIOUSLY? Threatening a customer because the company is inept? Absolutely not, I explained to her that the post would come down once the services had been rendered. She then became belligerent and wouldn’t let me speak and continued to talk over me. She told me that they wouldn’t service my house and that I was better off getting my money back from Groupon. She continued to be belligerent and it took reciprocity from myself in order to get her attention. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me that there wasn’t anyone higher than her. I asked her if she was the CEO, and she said it didn’t matter she wasn’t going to let anyone service my fireplace. She didn’t care that I was going to report them to the BBB or devour them on Social media. Nope! She also informed me that they only get paid $ 30 of that $ 65 groupon payment. Her snark implied that this is why they don’t care. They don’t make enough money from groupon to care about those customers. I asked her why advertise on there if you can’t handle the volume and if it’s not worth it financially. She didn’t appreciate that question and continued to tell me that I need to call groupon and get my money back. I’m not sure how they stay in business. I have requested my money back from Groupon, the BBB has been contacted and a case ID assigned and last but not least News4 Troubleshooters have been contacted!!!» ;)

Nature’s own pest control — Marble Falls, Tx. Samuel McKeown came out to look at our chimney. He was very courteous, on time, even took his shoes off before coming inside from the rain. Gave us all the info needed with no pressure to make the sale. Great 1st impression. Review for 10/29/2015.

I’ve gone with NOPC for a year and a half and I’m really not sure why so long. The first time they came out they did a great job. The man answered all our questions and was very professional. Since, it’s been a nightmare. They never show up on time. They always end up rescheduling. When they do show up they’re practically running through our house and yard to get it over with. Also the employees are griping about they’re job saying that they’d prefer to work at subway. One employee, I had to watch closely and make sure he didn’t burn my house down because he couldn’t stop talking about how much he hated his job. We had scheduled a chimney cleaning in October and they never showed up. Also, they’re trying to charge me for work they never did in February. They claim that an employee came by our house and did it, but that can’t be true because my wife is always home. If it was true they could only do the front of our house since the rest is fenced off. What happened to calling us and scheduling an appointment? Stay clear of Natures own and pay the extra money to get the professionals. Save yourself the headache.

Yes, Beware, i wrote in and cancelled my services because we moved and found someone in town to handle the services. They still are trying to bill us.

BEWARE! RIPOFFSCAMMERS! Did my pest control and now trying to bill me additional $ 100 and bugs came back in a week! Also harassing by phone. RUN!!! Harassed me via phone dozens of times until I had to block their number. I gave the tech the voucher copy plus the certificate number when I was contacted.

Very fast and efficient!!! I even liked the smell of their all natural product:) Jason Davis was so nice and friendly. We will definitely being using them again!
