Office Depot

I had found an item online that had stated it was in stock at this specific location. It was listed at 44 dollars online, but at the store, it was 64.99. I ended up getting a price match, which was great, thanks for doing half of your job. But when I had gotten there, and asked about the price difference, the associate told me I had to go find the exact product. What kind of service is that? She was rude throughout the entire process, and I can handle attitude, whatever. But now I gotta do your job too? You have one job, and that’s to assist customers… get it together Pauline.

I’ve been trying to ship 5 packages for over an hour… only one member of the staff had ever done it before, apparently, the learning curve is steep… and the associates still haven’t apologized for the long wait. I’ve loved living in San Antonio but the staff at this store needs to learn a bit about southern hospitality.

Not sure why everyone else is talking about negative experiences here. I went by at least five times in the past two weeks to print and fax various materials for work, and most of the time everything was great.
One time a fax didn’t go through, but that wasn’t the stores fault, and the manager allowed me to try the fax again for free the next day. The prices to fax are a little absurd (like $ 5 for a four page fax), but the prices aren’t set by the location, so…
Once I waited for an employee to give me attention while talking endlessly to another staff member, but the experience only happened once and aside from that one particular associate, everyone was great.
Now that its back to school, there are plenty of good deals to be had in this store. Regardless of season, this location also tends to have a pretty good clearance section.

I completely agree with the other reviews on here. Lousy service. It’s nearly impossible to try and find someone to help around here.
Above average prices is quite the understatement. I’ve found my office supplies for less than half the prices charged here. Seriously. If you need simple office supplies, I’d send you to the HEB behind this place, cause this place is awful.
I’ve had to wait seriously long lengths of time to get someone to help with the printing. Then they couldn’t find the print outs I had ordered. Sucks.

They had some great back to school deals.

They have a great selection of office supplies at above average prices. I recently went back because they were having a sale. When I went to pay, the cashier had no idea about the sale and her excuse was she was on «vacation!» Customer service still is horrific and if you do get help, they make you feel like you’re an inconvenience!
