This is the location I grew up with– I lived and worked in the area for quite some time, and I can honestly say that it’s consistently organized. Many ON stores have a clearance section that is an unorganized nightmare, but 90% of my visits here have been to a clean, orderly, and organized clearance section. Staff is consistently cheerful, upbeat, and helpful, but do have a tendency to err on the side of airheaded. Went by most recently earlier this week for a return– had ordered several items on sale through their website only to have the sizes be off(see below). Walked in and there was no one at a register– a girl organizing a display noticed me soon enough and said someone would be with me shortly. Another girl assists me with scanning in my items by barcode, then has to ask the other girl to help her process the refund itself. I was issued a refund to a gift card«because it was [my] original form of payment.» Except it wasn’t… I paid online with a credit card. Both girls looked dumbfounded by this information and kept talking in circles about it being the original form of payment(even though it wasn’t). So, in short, I could not get my money back, and had to accept what amounts to a $ 55 store credit. But the girls reassured me that it was valid at any of their stores, including Banana Republic and Piperlime… neither of which I shop at, so it does me no good. Brand/company issues: Sadly, as at many locations, the kids/baby section has monstrously increased and the adult sections have shrunk, but what can you do? It doesn’t make any sense either, since they clearly have so much adult clothing on their website that doesn’t make it into stores. Sizing here is all sorts of off– ON manufacturers seem to be overly generous with their cut, so you can easily go down one or two sizes for the ego boost. Unfortunately, the jeans seem to be of a lower quality lately– there is little or no stretch to them so your options are either skintight or loose-already-but-will-fall-off-within-a-few-wears. ON used to be an affordable option for casual clothes, but lately their jeans are creeping up toward the $ 50 mark and dresses are a minimum of $ 30, even when they’re sheer and cotton. Not really thrilled with that. Join their mailing list and buy only during sales or with coupons to keep price comparable with quality.

I really like shopping at Old Navy. They have quality items that don’t fall apart after just a few wears and the prices are great(especially the sales). I especially like the athletic line.
