As much as I try to avoid national chains in favor of local places, I can’t help but give this Panera four stars. It’s just good, and I really can’t complain. The menu is standard Panera, as would be expected, but the service is really good. My mom comes here in the afternoons for coffee and about half the time they give it to her for free. They love to comp drinks and pastries if you’re friendly, which is always a great time. I think this place must be really well managed. Clean, great service, and attention to every plate they serve. No room for error here, they are on top of their game and will make sure your order is corrected even for the slightest err. Huge fan of the passion tea and the toffee cookies. Scones are pretty good, and I love me a cinnamon crunch bagel. The pumpkin bagel(around during the holidays) is just like the cinnamon crunch except it has additional pumpkin flavors! Get the pumpkin cream cheese to go with it– you won’t regret it!

I come here often. I love the rapid pick up. Since this location is always busy this feature is convenient. The food is always delicious. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. If you use your Panera card for points the employees will remind you of free snack and deals which is nice. The reason for 4 stars and not 5? I use rapid pick up a lot because I have to rush back to the office. When ordering a drink on rapid pick up the cup is either not the right size(usually smaller) or the cup for your drink is not there so you have to ask for one. It has happened numerous times which is why I am compelled to share. If they fix that one thing I will happily give them 5 out of 5 stars.

Panera is my go to staple for lunch. With fresh bread and a cozy atmosphere it’s a great place to grab a bite to eat. This Panera has a cute ourdoor seating area which has some shaded areas to enjoy the outdoors as you dine. The food is very good at this location. However, it could use a good cleaning. It’s in a high traffic location and things could be looked after better. I ordered a Napa Chicken Salad Sandwich. It’s my regular go to on the menu for something satifying and yummy. This was a good sandwich not the best I have had but very good. I would visit this location again but, hope they tidy it up a bit!

I just had the Fuji Apple Chicken salad and it was great. I’ve had this dish before and it never disappoints. The ingredients are always fresh and crisp. Overall Panera is one of my favorite stops when I’m close by.

Excellent experience every time I go. The employees have learned my name, know my order, and treat me the way customers should be treated EVERYTIME I visit this location. I definitely suggest visiting this Panera Bread location!

I only come to panera when it is suggested by a friend or if it just convenient. Some things here are quite delicious like the breakfast suffles and deserts. I really like the frontega chicken as well. But I have to say that every time I come here I feel like I got really ripped off for spending 10 bucks on a half sandwhich that has only 3 ingredients and soup that is bland… tastes like salt and flour and some canned broth. I was a fan of this place one point in time a while ago but it has been lack luster lately. And the lemonade is awful.

I’m keeping my review at 4 stars because having breakfast there today I did not get the feeling that the employees cared that much. I don’t give less then 5 star ratings very often, but I just couldn’t bring myself to give this place 5 stars. It just wasn’t that good. Customer service a little poor. I really hope that they can make changes a little bit to provide a better service.

I had never been to Panera Bread… so when my friend suggested we grab a bite there for lunch … I was in. I wanted to compare it to The Corner Bakery which I always love to go to for the unusual tea selections… and which I have failed to review. The attention I received when ordering was exemplary. I inquired about the Low Fat Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup. A sample was retrieved from the kitchen and given to me to taste before I ordered. It was delicious and I got the pick two… A cup of the soup I had tasted… and a half of a roasted turkey and avocado sandwich(255 calories for ½). They had hibiscus tea in the serve yourself fountain area and … I iced it up… added a little lemon and … where’s the honey bear? Honey Bear was empty … as I turned scowling … the manager placed a new honey bear in front of me. I was pleased and thanked him. We had a window seat and enjoyed watching passer’s-by. It wasn’t really crowded and it didn’t take very long for them to call out our order. The soup was hot and delicious. The sandwich was good and fresh ingredients were used … nothing extraordinary … the bread was soft and tasty. The service and food combined were a solid 4 star. I will return!

This is a review on this location, not the chain as a whole. That said, the food here is usually good but they seem to mess up orders on a regular basis. Also, for the past three months they seem to be unable to keep their espresso machine in working order. Seriously, 2⁄3 times we go there and my wife orders an espresso drink they tell us the machine isn’t working. Fix this already!

Steak and egg on everything bagel — two bites and in the trash. everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese — used to be good but now just ok. Won’t hurry back.

This location is humongous. The staff were nice and brought the food to our table. As big as its name is and for all the rave about it, however the food here is purely middle of the road for an upscale sammy shop. I could close my eyes and be in just about any upscale sammy chain. Nothing is great and nothing is terrible. Just good basic food.

Worst Panera location I’ve been to and I’ve visited several in different states. We visited at approximately 2pm; post lunch rush today(Tuesday). The iced tea dispensers were empty and while I was tipping the dispenser to get the last of it, an associate came by and glanced at me, but never even addressed the situation. I’ve always encountered extremely friendly Panera associates but the person delivering our food had a grim look on her face and not one greeted us(even when taking our order). My husband was given the wrong meal. I’m not sure if Panera recently changed policies as we don’t have one where we live, but the usual roll and cookie were not part of our meal. That actually would’ve been okay with us as we always pick up extra bread to take home and share with the Panera-less folks back home, but the lack of service and disarray of the establishment turned us off.

I’ve been to many Panera locations in various cities and this one is middle of the road for me. Stay away on a Saturday or during peak lunch hours; the parking is crazy too. Order online for«rapid pick-up» and pay ahead of time so you can run in and grab it off the shelf by the door. I do this when I’m swamped at work and don’t have time for a full lunch. You’ll know it’s yours because they put your name on it. Super convenient! I’ve had mixed customer service from this location, but overall not super friendly. This location doesn’t have a drive thru.

We’ve eaten here many times, and it never fails to please. The menu just keeps getting better, thanks to innovations from corporate, I’m sure, but the service at this location is what keeps us coming back. They accommodate add-on requests and changes, and they remember us from time to time. Everything is fresh and tastes like it was prepared moments ago. Fast service, clean operation and friendly people, all at reasonable prices. And I can’t get enough of the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken salad or the new flatbreads!

Overpriced and overrated. I met a friend here for lunch and it was my first time eating here since moving to Texas. Everyone seems to love this place but I was unimpressed. It wasn’t packed yet everyone seemed«busy» when I came to the counter. There is a neighborhood cat that lives under the patio outside and it smells like cat feces and pee because of it. I won’t be back. I can make a turkey sandwich on white bread with lettuce and tomato at home

Sometimes not having too many choices is a good thing — then again sometime it’s not. The food quality at Panera’s is unquestionable, but I can never find the right sandwich so satisfy my needs. They have less than 10 lunch items to select from and you better want what they’ve got. But if you have a sweet tooth to satisfy, then you’ve found the right spot. Better hurry though, once they’re out, they’re out. I hope they don’t stop offering their free Wi-Fi, or they may never see me again — unless they start offering a bigger variety of sandwiches.

I love Panera. After moving from Europe, it is very hard to find bakeries that live up to expectations… but Panera is consistently great. This location is clean, friendly, and a good place for me to sit and work. They have plenty of plugs and good wifi.(Although, I would recommend a good set of headphones if you want to concentrate, as it is usually filled with people having business meetings and discussing loudly.)

Food is good, but not Texas friendly! The manager, who took our order, was extremely impatient and not very helpful!
