Papa John’s Pizza

I have been going to this location for years and within the last year the service has been absolutely terrible. It seems like no one has any idea what they are doing. The last time I walked in there a customer was taking an order over the phone for them as everyone stood around and just watched. When it came time for her to pay for her own pizza they came out with three orders. She only ordered one which meant they made her order three times and attempted to charge her for all of them. I waited 30 min in store for my pizza after giving them 30 before I arrived. Today I called to place an order for pick up and they charged me delivery. Called me back and told me they would void it and then charge me for pick up. I had someone else go pick it up and they made him pay for it, something I was trying to avoid in the first place. I love the pizza but I’ll drive the extra distance to Thousand Oaks for better service.

Great service && exceptionally delicious pizza even for delivery, the driver was very courteous.
More expensive than the competitors but well worth it, the Pizza Hut down the street should be shut down for being so disgusting and rude.

Tried Papa Johns, normally I order from Pizza Hut. It was ok, was not impressed with the crust… nice amount of cheese… but mushrooms were hardly there… I was disappointed… I don’t think I will order from here again.

Thanks for delivery it was so screwed up I will never order it again these guys suck at what they do and I called back left my name told me it would get fix and at my convinced and guess what that was a lie to sorry ass papa johns and management do not fix nothing but guess what dominos just got another customer fair well

We received our pizza with a fly baked into it. It was in there and easy to tell it was in the pizza and it had not just landed on it. I called to complain but the manager refused to deliver a refund or a new order. At least they didn’t charge me extra for the fly!

I love Papa John’s and the people here are so friendly especially the older girl that works the front always has a small in her face. For the people that walk in and order you have to understand that pizza takes at least 15 minutes to cook if they’re busy sent take at least 25 to 30 minutes to get your pizza

Unorganized and incompetent. Ordered a pizza for my employees and myself. Was told it would be delivered within 35 – 45 minutes. An hour and half went by and I called to check the status. I was told by the person who answered the call that my pizza was on the way and asked me to hold. Then, I get a gentleman who got on the line to «assist» me and asked the status of my delivery only to be told the last time I ordered was a month ago!!! Are you kidding me?! I hung up and will never order from this location again!

Stopped In to order a take out pizza. Was informed that there was a long wait (35 min+) for takeout. Not impressed.

This Papa johns location has serious problems! They cant seem to get anything right which sucks because I love Papa’s and will not order from here as long as I am living where I am at! I honestly think the cooks in the kitchen have nothing better to do than mess with your head via your food or this locations proportions are all out of wack. You get barely any meat or veggies on your pizza, they cant seem to cover the entire pizza with cheese. You order ranch and get buffalo, you order buffalo and get BBQ. You call to complain and management acts as if your trying to get a free meal. The last time and my final time I was accused of not knowing the difference between buffalo and bbq and asked repeatedly if I was sure my pizza was not a thin crust. I was called a very dirty name as the female manager was hanging up on me. When I called back to speak to her again I spoke to a male instead who insisted on refunding my money when I had never asked. Which makes me think this type of thing is everyday for them. Save the delivery fee and the driver tip; order from a different location and pick it up!
