Paradise Wellness MedSpa

This place went out of business and I had an appointment scheduled December 10^th for my next session of hair removal, so when I got to the place this lady was confused on why I was there because the business had closed down. So much for my prepaid laser hair removal sessions. It would have been nice to know that they were being sold or that they were not going to be in business anymore. So it turns out that they were sold to a place called «Hey Gorgeous Spa» which I will put in a review for them later. When I got to Hey Gorgeous Spa, they explained that Paradise Wellness MedSpa did not give them all the information on who prepaid and did not have any records from them what so ever. They told me that people who paid with cash were «SOL» and if you did groupon or Unilocal discount, those could still be valid (thank God!). The whole situation was very frustrating. The lady who owned the business was super nice and I don’t understand how she left us in the dark. Communication is the key in every aspect of life.

I couldn’t believe how little time it took for the laser hair removal process to finish! I was in and out in 15 minutes, everyone who works there was really nice and you can tell they all get along like a family

Taylor is AMAZING! She was very honest with me about how many appointments I would need which I appreciated. Awesome prices and always ask for Taylor! She’s the best and I really trust her knowledge of the laser hair removal process.

Appt at 915 and nobody is here. Got here at 9am. Someone next door called the techician… I guess the right hand isn’t talking to the left hand. No organization… get here when they get here… no concern for the client whatsoever…

I had laser hair removal done here and it was amazing! I’d never had it done before and the spa’s manager, Taylor, was wonderful about talking me through the process and making me feel completely at ease, and got me in and out quickly. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well. I’ll definitely be returning!
