I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this service. They come out at no charge to inspect for issues, and if you have no issues, they will tell you that. Great locally owned company that has been in San Antonio for decades!

I heard about Pied Piper on KSLR Radio last year. They helped with a big mouse problem and we have been using them monthly ever since. Great people who care about our home and our dog.

asked them to not treat my backyard. I have egg laying hens and do not want pesticides in my eggs. Told them to cancel the service while I was out of town. When I got home I noticed white granules scattered around the back and front porches and in the flower beds very apparent contrast to the red mulch. 2 weeks later I received a bill for full service and realized they had been here even though I told them not too and called the office to complain. They then scheduled someone to finish spraying the inside of my house. The tech swore up and down that he did not treat my back yard even though I saw the granules and confronted him and asked why the bill was for the house and the total yard. I will not have some one dishonest at my home especially when I am out of town and he blamed it on the office.

Their technicians are polite and get the job done but the person that answers the phone is rude most of the time and expects you to have a degree in entomology so that you can describe what type of spiders you have before she will schedule an appointment.
