We are staying at Lackland AFB and just ordered from this place. Spent $ 40 on pizza and wings, pizza was small, thin and tasted like cardboard. Wings arrived with no dipping sauce even though we requested ranch and bleu cheese. Terrible value, I wish I had checked here before ordering!

I’m with the Choir on this one definitely deserving of no stars, first I might add that the hotel we stayed at (Best Western Alamo) clearly states that they do not recommend the restaurants that put the flyers under your door. I wish I would have listened to them but after a long day of sight seeing we were hungry and ready to relax, we ordered our Pizza Giant 1 topping ($ 17.99) ended up being $ 28.00 and he threw in some free brownies if I paid cash?.. anyways he said 45 – 55 minutes. I called exactly 1 hour later and they told me it’s on its way, I waited another 30 minutes before calling back and he said he would discount the pizza. I waited another 20 minutes and finally called back and cancelled, he yelled «consider it done,» and hung up on me. so at 11 o’clock at night as I’m dragging my family of 6 out to find some food, the pizza guy shows up smiling, I told him I cancelled the order and he half hearted apologized, I said I would tip him if he wanted to leave the pizza (which I looked at and it was old and cold) instead of throwing it away, but he refused and walked off. On a good note we found some great after hours taco trucks in the Barrio that were happy to serve us, the food was fresh, and flavorful’ muy muy bien!

nastiest pizza, horrible service, such a ripoff. ordered pizza to our hotel room and they were over an hour late. called the place and they hung up on us. pizza finally came by some cracked out delivery guy who was trying to sneak a peek on us in the room. opened pizza box to the most measely saddest looking piece of crap pizza i’ve ever seen. then called the place back to tell them how horrible it was and they told us «get a napkin and wipe your mouth» then hung up. we called a third time and they hung up on us yet again. horrible place do not i repeat do not eat here.

Wow, lesson learned. Visiting San Antonio for business, and after a LONG day at work with another to follow, I decided to take the easy route and order from the room service menu that I found under my door the night before. What a mistake! When I ordered, I wanted to pay by credit, but he insisted on cash. OK, it’s a small business (even though I was willing to pay the advertised $ 1 credit card fee), I agreed to pay cash. He gave me the total and I hung up. then I realized it was way too high (he also tried to charge me $ 28). I called to ask how the price got so high when I was coming up with $ 22 with the delivery fee and tax. First they said the delivery fee was increased due to gas prices (they change every day!), then he finally relented and said he would just charge me the $ 22.
Food shows up an hour and a half later, cold. The delivery guy told me they downsized my drink because «we gave it to you for free». He didn’t have change, he wouldn’t come up to make the delivery, and the food is burnt and poor quality.
Never again will I order takeout without checking Unilocal.You’ve been warned.
