National Pizza Day + Spurs = CHAOS. But at least we were happy. It is Pizza Hut. NOTE: although I dis the chains in my one and only review for Gino’s East, that location closed and moved WAYTOOFAR east. So I have to have a fallback. I still own my shares of Papa John’s stock BTW. Spurs fans: we made every attempt to not look at the TVs in the restaurant while the Spurs were playing. We did not want your Spurs to lose. The TV right in front of us was tuned to NCIS. But happy that your SPURS continued their winning ways! :) Took a good 15 minutes for Arlo, our server, to realize that we were there and ready to order, although I didn’t notice that because my wife was fully entrapped in Candy Crush on my phone and I was watching her play. Candy Crush is like a drug: once it has you, it won’t let go. Anyway, my wife poked her head up as soon as Arlo made an appearance at a nearby table and just happened to ask who our server was. Arlo replied that she was, asked if we had been waited on,…“No…”. So she took care of us. Got the wife’s beloved thin Meat Lover’s with balsamic drizzle, an order of garlic parm wings and salads. All was great and served very fresh. No other problems. Families enjoying time together and enjoying their Spurs, and good food. Yes, it was crazy busy, which is why I excused the service. Oh, and a free pizza coupon does help also. Wife did look lovingly at a HUGE margarita. $ 3HH margs…

Horrible experience and it wasn’t the first time but we still decided to give it another chance,(big mistake) they didn’t have what we ask for to drink then they didn’t have the ingredients we want on our pizzas so then we want to leave and go some where else but they want us to pay for the drinks we didn’t touch then we ask for a manager and display our problem and she told us we could get cups to take our alcohol drinks with us(witch it’s totally wrong) what kind of «management» would do that, totally disappointed I am not coming back to this place anymore and this company should keep a closer eye on their managers this place let us drink our beer with no food just to make us paid for it, we usually eat out a lot and never been trough something like this… So no stars for this kind of behavior from the management part

Worst damn experience ever! Some of us do not eat pork and they put pork all over my pizza even though it wasn’t requested! I called this customer service line they have to be told a manager would call me, waited 20 minutes and nothing. Called back to be hung up on. Called again to ask for a manager to be placed on hold again for 10 minutes!!! One hour later and I have a pizza I can’t f***ing eat!!!

Terrible service waited 15 minutes just for the waitress, waited another 10 minutes for the drinks. food took for-ever.order two pizza, pasta dish, and some wings. Wings came first, then 20 minutes later pizza came out, and no pasta.30 minutes later we were getting ready to leave and pasta show up, then the pasta is wrong that was the last draw. Now the waitress is no where in sight, had to get our own to go boxes. Refills forget it, drink slow. Wait staff just don’t give a dam. Never going back. We saw a few customers get up and leave. ON a Thursday. No star for me.

This store completely messed up our order. Called the phone number to fix the order. The first time a lady answered and rudely told me that I did not make an order. Requested to speak to her supervisor. They put me on hold and then told me that within 2 — 7 min that the store manager would call me back. No call in 20 min. Called back. Guy named Jeff walked me through the process again. Actually found my order and put another«email to the store manager to call me» 30 min later no food no phone call. Check your order! My kids still do not have their food!

Had the worst experience with the bartender here, somewhat of on a power trip. The service from the waitress was great. I ordered 24 wings and asked for 2 types of sauces and the waitress said, «it’s up to the cook,» «some cooks don’t mind and some do!» I am amazed that a huge company owned by Pepsi Co. Has such horrible standards. My kids wanted pizza so I’m Turing up with the service, but never again! Crapppy service equals no business!

This location has Wing Street attached to it, which is really cool. The staff is pretty young, so you have some servers who have a less than enthusiastic personality, such as the case with ours. We got our order in a timely fashion, but even thought the place was pretty empty when we came in, trying to flag down the server was a hit or miss at times.

Horrible customer service! I came with my daughter and sister, I ordered nachos for my daughter and asked if she could taste the broccoli and cheddar soup(to see if she wanted to order it) The waitress went to the kitchen then came back and told me her manager said they don’t do that. I asked to speak with him so I could ask if the soup was individual packaged(that’s the only reason I could think of as to why they would say no). The waitress goes to the kitchen and comes back 5 minutes later to tell me the manager will be out when he’s done in the back… I then wait another 10 minutes for him to come out. A 15 minute wait to talk to a manger, at a restaurant with 3 tables including my own. I used to work in the restaurant business and have never been to busy to talk to my customers.

Terrible and slow service, will not be back! They need more people and the manager needs to care about the reviews and take action. Shame on them for not providing at least half decent service. Took 15 minutes just to get drinks. The whole time the girl was taking our order she was trying to watch the front door as well. You have the same server delivering food, handling money, seating people, and taking orders. That’s a lot of cross contamination and it’s also overwhelming for the server(s). Edit: After waiting OVER an hour. We finally got our food. Both pizzas were messed up. That was the final straw for me. I paid for the drinks, salad, and breadsticks we ate while waiting and that was it. I went somewhere else to eat. Two whole pizzas sat on the table wasted because they couldn’t get a simple order right. PATHETIC!

Pathetic. Second and last time I order from this location. They are too much in a rush to bake the pizza fully. It was pretty doughy and not even sliced well. I even requested baked well because this is a common issue. After waiting about an hour, it’s now in the oven in hopes of making it edible.

I am so deeply disappointed in Pizza Hut for ruining my fiancé’s birthday. They charged for extra marinara(his favorite), the driver announced EXTRA marinara was in the box, and when it wasn’t there, the driver ran and sped off so fervently that my fiancée almost got run over by the driver’s Tahoe. We keep getting a call center that hangs up on us and with our pizza arriving cold to boot… We are at a loss for what to do. We can’t address the issue with anyone or get reimbursement and our night is ruined. Thanks Pizza Hut. You’ll drive 4 miles to drop a cold pizza, an incomplete order, TAKEMYMONEY, and RUN!

Being allergic to gluten and dairy makes any dining experience challenging so when Pizza Hut came out with gluten free pizza I was pretty excited. About a month ago I ordered a gluten free pizza from the only number found on the Internet. It’s a call center. Our order was paid over the phone so when the actual physical store manager called to say they were out of gluten free crusts I was disappointed but he did promise the credit for my next order. Tonight crunching to finish our taxes(yes, we’re those people) pizza sounded like a plan. The call center didn’t know what to do for our credit and said there was no way to call the actual location. They sent a message over the computer for him to call. Nearly an hour later we’re still hungry so I sent our two grown sons to figure it all out. They ordered gluten free, no meat, no cheese, extra sauce. What I got was beautiful, don’t take me wrong, but they reversed it. No sauce instead of extra. Cheese instead of no cheese. I was too stressed for time(we got our taxes filed with 45 minutes to spare, whew) to deal with it. I think I’ll need to stick to Domino’s. I can actually speak to someone making my pizza. Taste was excellent.(Although I’ll be suffering with dairy issues from the cheese they put on it for the next week.)

I ordered a large thin & crispy meat lovers with extra cheese. I placed my order at 9:02 pm and it was delivered at 9:59 pm, estimated time 9:53pm. They forgot to add the extra cheese. They also didn’t charge me for it. The pizza was irregularly cut. By the time I bit into the pizza it was barely warm. By the second slice it was cold. I still ordered from here despite my fathers warning. He said that his pizza was just slapped together last Saturday night.

We ordered 5 pizzas to go for a birthday party. The pizza was ready on time and is right on par with what you would expect for Pizza Hut pizza. I went inside instead of using the drive thru and the place looked pretty nice. It was really quiet and they have a little bar in there. Several tvs line the walls along with a projection screen. It may not be a bad little place to go sit for a while.

Please check your food!!! We picked up our food to go and the wings we received were raw! This is extremely unacceptable!!! When I called to get a refund I was told I could only get a credit to the store. Like I want to go back! Called the next day to speak with another manager and got a refund. However I did not get an apology.

I really wish I could give this no stars at all. The place was empty when we got there. The hostess sat us and got our drinks right away. We ordered at 5:45. My wife’s pizza came out but my sandwich did not. She was finished when the waitress can back out at 6:35 and said my sandwich would be out shortly. I stated at that time I did not want my meal and asked to talk to a manager. A very polite young man name Gabriel came out and said he was the shift manager. I explained that this is the third bad experience and that I wanted to talk to the general manager. He gave me a number to call tomorrow. The floor staff was polite but the service from the kitchen was slow. Just to prove I wasn’t a bad buy I did tip the waitress’s on the full amount of the bill because it was not her fault. I hope someone from Pizza Hut reads this.

Not your Grandpa’s Pizza Hut. This is a Sports Bar with 10+ screens, a full bar and specials galore! Pizza Hut hit a Home run with this Wing Street. Drink specials every day and wing and pizza specials to boot. Clean, friendly and buzzing. BWW watch out.
