Professional Resumes And Recruiting

I paid $ 195.00 for a complete resume’ overhaul. I do not have one good thing to say about the finished product, or the process in between.
The office (referenced by a picture on their website) is scarcely used; as evident by the dank feel you get as soon as you walk in. There is nothing in the office representative of «professionals»
The representative I met was, in a word… eclectic. She comes across as aloof and odd… I gave her the benefit of the doubt, due to my current employment situation (always out of town!). I listened to her talk about the way she would proceed with my resume’ and how she would focus on my job search activities. I paid her the money up front (because «that’s how everyone works in this business»). I was promised delivery on a certain date… That day came and went. 10 days later I phoned and was given ridiculous excuses as to why I did not have my resume’ in hand.
[BTW… This representative DID NOT want to meet in person and only did so upon my insistence. She repeated over and over that there is no need since we are in a «electronic era.» Even when I questioned how she would get to know me… She wanted everything done over the phone. But when you call… SHE DOESN’T ANSWER!!!]
Bottom line is that this is the most unprofessional «professional resume writing company» I can imagine. You will not enjoy your experience and the results will be less than stellar.
I could have re-​written my resume’ much better. I could have produced a better finished product. This was a complete waste of my time and especially my money!
