I hate going for my appointments at Dr. Kims office, you end up spending 2+ hours there despite the actual appointment only needing to last 5 – 10 minutes. The office staff is not friendly and have terrible customer service skills. I have been a patient of Cathleen, the PA, who is very nice and helpful but is a bit scatterbrained. After I complete my services needed, i will not be returning to the hectic office of Dr. Kim

This was my first experience with a dermatologist and it was awful. Dr. Ross came in for literally less than 5 minutes and did not even speak to me directly or address half of my concerns. She also prescribed very short term solutions to long term problems I’ve had. She was not personable and I feel extremely upset I had to pay to see her. On top of this my prescriptions were sent to a mail order pharmacy that never contacted me and thus I never received any help or benefit from this experience. I would recommend this doctor be avoided if possible.

I am still a patient of Dr. Ross and she is still great. I don’t have much trouble getting an appointment about 2wks in advance, and I’m still seeing great results with her treatment regimen.
