This particular branch is one of my favorites, although, it is a pain in the butt to get out of during rush-hour traffic, good luck! It’s huge, the employees are usually friendly, the manager is extremely helpful. I love it here!

While I don’t like the restrictions placed on new account holders, it’s not unreasonable or unexpected compared to most other banks. They advertise themselves as a CO-OP shared branch, meaning if your in a state without a security service branch you can do basic withdrawals or deposits through a «sister branch» for no additional fees just an ID and account number. Stephanie is the best at this branch, she has gone out of her way to help in my search for financial funding towards a new car. She even have personal references to dealerships she herself had used for her daughter. I never have to jump through hoops to get answers, both good and bad news are shared as quickly as they have them. Through my many comings and goings I find the overall employee attitude to be quite charming and perky. No one seems to have the mannerisms of a grunt worker doing their job«but I don’t have to like it!» when dealing with customers even the picky ones like me and the difficult ones(like elderly members who don’t like the inevitable change even banks must do on occasion). Overall I felt welcome and Stephanie went out of her way to make something good happen for me even though it took more effort than a simple form entry«call back tomorrow» that I’ve gotten from other banks.
