Sequoia at Cable Ranch Apartments

Been living here for 3 years now and have never had a problem. Great apts for the price.

Was living here for 2 years! Never have I been more disappointed with the cheaply made walls, and fee’s and disturbances that they do absolutely NOTHING about! Had the noisiest neighbors above me and complained more than 3 times to which I had to deal with loudest noises upstairs! For more than a month! Don’t know what the tolerance policy really was but to me it sure as hell wasn’t worth a damn!!! They really dish out the Fee’s when you move out as well! I’m surprised they don’t charge you for every piece of lent they find! It’s ridiculous! Not to mention the letter you have to write 60 days in advance that they don’t mention to you till a week before move out date! Ha I even asked the lady if they even gave me a courtesy letter and her response was «we mailed it back in January» my move out date was in February lmao so they wanted to charge 2 months rent for not sending em a letter! And a move out fee totaling 4k dollars! I would rather take the broken lease then get cheated out of money! Greedy Greddy Greedy Company stay away!

Usually, I would have given this place a five star rating, but I was so disappointed when they asked my father to take down the American flag.
My father who is a thirty year veteran had received permission to fly his fag and later asked to take it down because it, «makes the grounds look messy.» I was so disappointed with the management when I heard what had happened.
