#1 The stylist«nicole» does not know color. I felt I explained what I wanted. No. Result… Rainbow Bright. Then she blames the prior color and stylist for her lack of knowledge. Scalp burned by color. Fortunately another stylist stepped in as she was gonna put Another color on my hair. He repaired her damage. I can’t safely recommend this place to anyone. One star was lucky. P. S. Get real colorists…

I have written no more than a few reviews but feel the need to do so now to save the next person. He was a very nice people but the stylist who colored my hair–(which was mostly brown with some light brown and blonde highlights) ended up leaving my hair almost totally white. Have no idea how he could have used more than one shade of white and process took over 3 hours. As I was unhappy with results, they tried to tone down a shade but really didn’t help. All this with explicit color instruction from my old stylist. I also had a coupon that didn’t work so now I’ll also be paying for a color correction somewhere else. Update – Luckily I found a color correction studio who took me the next morning to see if they could help as I was now able to see the orange and yellow stripes left on my white hair! 5 hours and $ 400 later my hair is presentable. Called the manager at Sergios, told them what I had to do and respectfully asked they at least give me a partial refund. They refused as they said I should have let them try to fix it – like I would let them touch my hair again!!! I told her several people were observing and someone competent must have seen my stylist had no idea what he was doing but she refused even a partial refund.

Completely incompetent. They messed up my booking too — put me down for a haircut instead of highlights/color like I told them, and since my appointment was scheduled for an hour before closing I had to cancel when I got there. I wasn’t 100% happy last time I came here either since they made me lighter instead of darker like I asked. I also think they charge a little too much. I won’t be going back.

As we all try to look for great specials — well what should have been a special of $ 55 turned to $ 165– stylist failed to listen and too busy texting which was the major problem — misunderstanding which resulted in a drastic change embarrassed to go to wrk next day — let know n she stated if not happy I will give a HUGE discount n u will just pay for product and I will fix the way u want — next day text early enough 9am took half a day off to get fixed only for stylist to get back with me @ 11:30 — which had I heard earlier could have gone elsewhere — recvd voicemail from mgr late that evening stating he heard I should get fixed for free — I never mentioned that jus wanted fixed and if she stated I will fix jus pay for products — that’s what I expect — I rtned phone call mgr getting ready to leave and said call me in morning n we will discuss — I call to let know all that went on — he simply jus stated uhmm you are gonna have to pay-i I went with the intentions of paying jus for products as I was told originally — NO — after all done and completed only to know it was over processed and the price of an addtnl $ 85 — mgr should have stated what he was gonna Chrg I wouldn’t have gone back — with several salons in my area that have customer service skills and concentrate in communicating, acknowledging and listening and taking one customer at a time and listening — makes everyone happy — I will not return — to spend that kind of money and to take half a day for nothing n wait 2 more days only to pay regular price — we are all in it for money — but customers should leave happy because unhappy customers and word of mouth should be your concern !!!

Got here on time, but they mixed up or just wasn’t prepared for me and my best friends spa day. Our services weren’t ready and my massage was cut short. I requested a pedi instead of a mani, and even though the spa was pretty empty, I was told I’d have to wait 2 hours if I wanted to change my service. Great facial and mani, but probably won’t recommend or come back. :/
