I appreciate your feedback Carlos but I WASNOT offered a full refund!!! That is why it wasn’t mentioned in my first review. If I had been offered a refund, I would have taken it because the food should have been free after the poor service and quality of your food. I understand if your ordering system was down but that doesn’t excuse the poor service or the poor food quality.

Went during lunch. Had what they called an «angus» burger, but it tasted just like a regular frozen patty. Only able to taste burnt bun and cheese. Definitely not worth the price for slow and unfriendly service. If I get this type of service when it’s slow, I’d hate to see what it’s like when it’s busy.

Had food delivered via Dine on Demand. Brisket was horrible, so was sausage. All bbq apparently comes SMOTHERED in a nasty bbq sauce. My wife’s chicken came the same way. Chicken burrito was closer to a stew. Disgusting.

Good bar to watch sports. Sat at bar ordered crispin beer and cheese sticks and they were good. An overall good sports bar… plenty of tv

If I could rate negative I would!!! Worst service ever!!! We had to find our waitress anytime we needed anything and when we ordered it took an hour to get our food!!!

A good local, not fancy sports bar. Service was average, the food was mediocre, and so were the drinks. Some folks got mixed drinks that were either very strong or not at all. The real plus side of the joint was the sports TV’s pool and sports bar games. If anything at all, the unique point is that they have sand volleyball courts in the back. A great spot for ice breaker or team building activity.

It is hit or miss here on the busy side of it. But never been disappointed by the staff. Always friend, the food is great as well and the atmosphere is cool. It’s big inside and bigger outside with volleyball courts to accommodate a good game or to watch. Bar inside and out, with live music on occasion on the patio. Parking is generous, but sometimes tricky. Many t. v’s to fill your needs for a good sports game and the bar is GIGANTIC.

Tried this place with a large group recently. The drinks are OK and the atmosphere is great. It’s a fun place to get together and play volleyball with friends. The food is pretty bad though so maybe east before you go. Other than that, it’s a nice hangout spot.

GREAT concept and facility but it needs a fresh set of eyes to make this place a 4 or 5 star place! The venue is super cool with lots of possibilities! If management would hire better wait staff that would be a huge plus. Also, if they would add(live) music that would make the ambiance perfect! They’ve got a great concept but they need to pick it up on the service and vibe.

Visited Sideliners Grill for the England Women vs. Japan Women world cup game. Despite England losing, had a good time. Our bar tender was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Food was decent; probably what you would expect in a sports bar. Pricing for food and drinks is reasonable and although my mate and I didn’t play, we stayed after the game to watch some of the volleyball! Beach area is big with two bars and plenty of games — darts, cornhole etc. I’m inspired to find some friends and put together a volleyball team, looks fun! Anyway, had an enjoyable time and will be back to watch sports or to relax with a beer when I’m in the area.

Good but not great! Probably won’t order from here again, it’s nothing I’m going to be craving. The burgers were good but nothing special. The best part was the Mac n cheese with bacon on top. The chicken quesadillas were mediocre at best. Meh

So I had the word bartender service and I’m usually really relaxed about going out etc. My nachos were 16 dollar with the tip, they came late and were horrible Very upset at the service and the food

I’ve got no problems with this place; I mean it definitely has its quirks and shtuff… Service at courtside is definitely hit or miss, depending on the waittress you get. I made nice with a couple of them, so I was never waiting too long, but at first, the wait times seemed atrocious. Food: it’s a bar, therefore the food is going to be greasy and it’s not good for you. Any calories burned during your volleyball game will be instantly regained if you eat here. Bathroom: don’t go in there barefoot, but why would you go into any bathroom barefoot? I mean, if it’s at your place, then that’s different, but really… why would you? I think management changed out while visiting this place; it was for the better. I had a few times when I ordered a beer at the bar and ended up waiting a while. Towards the end, they were a lot more attentive and a lot friendlier too. Beer: it’s ice cold, perfect for post vball game libations! No craft beer, the closest you’ll get to that is Blue Moon. Volleyball courts: generally well maintained. Watch out for beetles and squadrons of gnats when it starts warming up. Fortunately, I never saw cat doo anywhere, but you’d figure with that much sand, it would be a cat convention paradise, right? Fortunately not, but I did squish a few beetles here and there. I think the only issue I really had, although I am remiss at calling it an issue is the lighting was super bright and would make it hard to see a high ball flying through the air. But, again, it’s hard to call it a problem because the place is very well lit for night games. I’ve got no problems with this place…

Do you like college football? Do you like volleyball? Are you both hungry & thirsty? Then welcome to Sideliners Grill! I usually visit for College Gameday since my local alumni group(FSU) meets here for game watching. There’s also other groups that call Sideliners home to their NCAAF team so it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for a fun group that share your interests. Plenty of TVs so don’t worry about which game is on as they’re all playing simultaneously. There is outdoor seating and volleyball sand court in back so there is more to offer than your traditional wings & fries here. I think they even host volleyball team league competitions so bring a friend and jump in!

I went here one night to watch the Spurs game and was just so unsatisfied. We understood it was going to be packed and so we sat at the bar. They were extremely understaffed for the amount of people there but then we would see some of the staff walk near the bar and just stand around talking. We ate there and it was pretty good. Since we sat at the bar we got our food as soon as it came out of the kitchen. However, since there was so much going on the kitchen staff would bring food out and place it on the bar for people to come pick up and it would end up sitting there for 20 – 30 minutes before it was even touched. It was so gross especially with all the people going by it and we even saw flies landing on some of it. A few girls next to us told the manager and he just seemed to make all kinds of excuses just to make them happy. It seems like a cool place to hang out but I don’t know if I’ll go back here just because I was so grossed out by that.

Avoid if at all possible. Terrible service. Very, very slow. Had to order, reorder and reorder a chips and queso and still never received them. Mind you, the Spurs are playing, however, management should have staffed appropriately. I will not recommend this place, nor step foot in here again.

Experienced Sideliners for the first time last night and know 2 things. First I won’t be eating food there again and second I need to make sure I’m on top of my game with the waitstaff. Let me explain. Yes, the food is as «bad» or average as all the other reviews have pointed out. I mean even their burger was something you might be able to pull out of a vending machine. Usually burgers are the one thing you can go to that’s simple and you know has to really be made at any bar/restaurant. My group and I knew this going in. We were starving though and it was substance. Had a couple of other things that we all shared, but trust me and listen to the other reviews of how the food is. Onto the drinking. Our waitress was fun. She made little jokes with us, got us what we needed and didn’t get upset once, even though I asked her to recite all the beers on draft TWICE. Mybad. However, the bartenders(and manager) really got under my skin last night. So we ordered a pitcher of some Abita, which was fine and then moved onto IPA. First pitcher of IPA was great. No complaints there. So we order a final pitcher, which was suppose to be IPA as well. I say SUPPOSETOBE as the key phrase here. Pitcher gets to the table and I look at it. A little on the light side of color. Actually, for an IPA it was very light, but nothing like comparing Miller LIte to a porter. So my cousin mad some of the previous IPA still in her glass, which I held to the pitcher for comparison. Nope, way lighter. Took a mouthful of the new«IPA» and it def wasn’t even a craft or microbrew. Problem? No, people make mistakes. Still not upset at this point. THEN, we tell the waitress, who agrees on the mistake and she takes it back. Come to find out, they had run out of IPA ¼ of the way filling the pitcher and decided to fill it with whatever they wanted and I guess hope I wouldn’t pick up on it. I’ve never experienced something like that. How dare an establishment have such disregard for customer service?! Instantly my perception of this place goes to crap and I’m upset. Trying to keep it cool with the waitress because I truly believe she wasn’t in on it. We were told that not only would that pitcher be taken off the tab, but i we wanted to order a pitcher of something else, it would be comped. So we order Shinerbock. Okay, go to. Then we’re told that the manager doesn’t want to comp us for the wrong pitcher. I know that _____would’ve made me pay of the wrong pitcher of beer though, had I not caught it. UNACCEPTABLE!!! So we still order the Shiner, and try to get back to enjoying ourselves. Well the Shiner is skunked. It was difficult to choke down, but our evening was wrapping up and was tired of not only dealing with the bar staff, but had somewhere else to be. Left about ½ a pitcher of Shiner on the table and left. Def filled out one of the on table comment cards with the comments I”ve left here. Let’s see if they respond. PROs: — Waitstaff. Just overall friendly and in a good mood. — Condiments and napkin holsters on every table. — TV Wall and TVs over the bar. I was able to see my Spurs everywhere I looked. — RCW events. Honestly, this was the only reason I went and will continue to go. But only when there’s an event. — Lots of parking, but some major holes that need to be filled. CONs: — Bar staff. Managers and food quality. — Lack of customer service. — Huge holes in the parking lots. I’d put this under lack of customer service as well.

Cool place. They have beach volleyball on Wednesdays, it’s nice to see ppl interacting and playing rather than watching cellphone zombies lol. Staff are nice and nachos are pretty good too!
