This by far has been THE best laser hair removal experience EVER! I had been to several different locations before and all of them were ridiculously expensive, tried electrolysis and it burned and damaged my skin. Finally after two years of searching, I found a Groupon for Skin Bliss. I have been going to them for 3 years and I am by far more than pleased. I noticed a huge difference after my 3^rd treatment, the girls are very informative about the service and they are very polite. I love this place so much that I started getting other services! Sofia is amazing with the massages, she is incredible and I tell all my patients at work to go there if they want a good massage. Kim is AMAZING and I love when she does my microdermabrasions and chemical peels. They make you feel so at ease and at home. I’m so glad I found them.

I have been a customer of Skin Bliss for about a year and a half now, and I have never been so happy. I can honestly say that they have some of the most competitive prices for laser hair removal, and it is absolutely worth it. I am getting laser hair removal with Kim, who is AMAZING. She made me feel at ease from the start. She was very honest and up front about the procedure. I was impressed with her honesty. She told me up front that it would take more than than the 6 treatments I paid for, and that it might not work. I’m lucky, it seems to be working for me, and I am going to continue with the treatments for as long as necessary. YES, it takes several treatments for it to work, but the results are fabulous.
I also get monthly pedicures from Kim, and every couple of months or so I get a deep tissue massage from Sophia. If you are in need of a great pedicure, see Kim, and if you are in need of a massage, see Sophia. You will not regret it.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and Kim and Sophia are the best.

I have been a client of Skin Bliss for over 3 years and I am a satisfied customer. I get everything from IPL treatments for melisma, microdermabrasion, peels and hair removal treatments. The technician will let you know that it is not a one and done procedure, sometimes you may need more than 6 treatments. I am a satisfied client. My son is a teenager with acne and I bring him too. we have had better results than we did with the dermatologist.

Great service, friendly employees all services will exceed your expectations, my wife loved her spa experience with the bliss package.
They stayed open four hours late and took excellent care of her. I would recommend this spa to anyone.

I am indeed again another victim of their groupon scam. I bought a year of Brazilian for $ 300 and after 9 sessions j have no difference. I have really white skin which normally works pretty well but they were intentionally setting the laser low. I have had my arm pits lasered and it should hurt. The girl here had it turned so far down that my lasering, down there, was painless. I have wasted $ 300 and several trips to this salon. I wish I had some way of getting my money back but at least if I can prevent people from falling victim to this place then I will be happy.

This was advertised as laser hair removal. However if you do your research IPL is not true laser. I did not notice any difference after coming here twice. She did it so fast, I wondered if she’s rushing through the brazilian hair removal. I am medium complected, and tan very easily. I understand that it may take 6 – 7 treatments… BUT a year later I went to a real Laser Hair removal treatment. The difference: It took 3x longer and I was asked how high I can handle it (higher the better!), after 1 treatment…2 weeks later (which is how long it takes for hair to fall out after the treatment) I noticed a dramatic change! I’m still pretty smooth after 4 days of not shaving! Pay the money, stop going to these cheap places that don’t have a doctor in the office to supervise. I went to San Antonio Cosmetic Surgery for the laser treatment. The receptionist was a snob, but the Jessica was very friendly and wonderful! I hope she never changes, she will make many customers happy.
I hate leaving a bad review, but I feel that the groupons, living social or whatever deals Skin Bliss advertises should reflect the truth. IPL is not laser!

I came to Bliss for the laser hair removal treatments. This place was a waste of time and money. They provided no education or teaching towards the laser hair removal treatments. NOTHING! My friend got hers done by another salon and when I read her pamphlet that they gave her, I realized that we weren’t suppose to pluck or be in the sun. The reason for staying out of the sun is because it can cause brown spots… which I got. And yes they start you off at the lowest setting possible. I didn’t get a different (stronger) machine until my second to last treatment, which is after the fact that my hair growth was worse due to shaving my face?! The dirty blonde in the front (not sure if she is the owner) is sloppy looking and honestly puts no effort in her appearance. I don’t think she made eye contact with anyone that came into the salon and not only that, but she would not even say hello or welcome the customers. Thanks Bliss for nothing, this experience SUCKED.

A friend of mine referred me to Skin Bliss for laser hair removal and ask for Kim! She’s awesome! Give yourself some time to find it because you will drive right by it. Staff is very nice and Kim’s «bedside manner» is awesome! I was really nervous because as she said it basically feels like a «hot rubber band» snapping… but quickly! It happens so quick though it’ll be done before you know it! I noticed a hair reduction after the first session! I was really nervous after reading a bunch of different scary reviews on laser treatments but this place, and Kim is wonderful! Yay to no more shaving!

I originally bought an online coupon deal (cannot remember which one, groupon, livingsocial, etc.) from them for laser hair removal. It was $ 55 for 3 sessions which is awesome. The first 3 sessions went well and it was a little uncomfortable but managable. I bought 2 more packages at 3 sessions each. By the fourth or fifth laser treatment, I wasn’t noticing a difference other than I felt that she was rushing through my appointment and not doing as thorough as a job as before. I told her how I felt and so on the next visit she used a different, «stronger» machine on me. WOW. It was pretty intense. So intense that by the time I had gotten home, I had burns on me, down there. Not pretty. This was session 6 of 9. I had the same lady every time and she was always on time to seat me for my appointment which was nice. But by the 8^th treatment, I was so over being lasered to death at each appointment only to see that the hair wasn’t even remotely going away that I didn’t bother to even do the 9^th. It has been 5 weeks since my last treatment and you cannot even tell that I’ve had laser hair removal. Now, I know they changed the terminology to «hair reduction». It’s not that either. What a waste. I did it so that I’d be «hair reduced» by summer. Not so much!

I bought an UrbanDealight deal from them for laser hair removal, and based on that and the specials they advertise at the spa (e.g., $ 75 for 3 laser hair removal sessions), the prices are almost too good to be true for this service. It was my first time getting Brazilian laser hair removal so I was a little nervous about what to expect, but the ladies handled it very professionally, and I felt comfortable.
The only setback is that the first couple of times I got it done, it hurt like a mother. It feels like a very hot prick. I flinched a lot. The first time, the technician had to turn the settings down for me. The second time, I took some Aleve beforehand and sucked it up. The third time, a different technician did it for me, and it didn’t hurt at all. What’s the deal with the inconsistency? Based on my first two sessions, I decided laser removal was not for me, and I went the third time just to finish up my UrbanDealight deal. After the painless third session, it seemed like something I could easily put up with.
I’m strongly considering buying another package because it takes quite a few sessions to remove the hair completely. Next time I go, I’ll ask for the technician who went lightly on me. I suppose overall, if you want cheap laser hair removal, this is the place to go. I’m giving it 3 stars for now because I’m waiting to see how happy I am with the results.

A friend and I recently checked out Skin Bliss after purchasing a groupon for a $ 45 minute massage and a whirlpool bath. This may have been the been massage that I have had in my life. The technician used the perfect amount of pressure and the whirlpool bath at the beginning made for an extremely relaxing afternoon. The massages are affordable and the facility offers an array of services. I would definitely go back to this place!
