Had a couch and a small end table delivered today. Both items were as is and I was ok with that but I did make sure to ask my sales clerk(Rebecca) of what would happen if it is delivered and additional mishaps occur. She told me that if it were to happen it wouldn’t go under the«as is» but was assured that their delivery guys were really good. The end table glass top was shattered. I called the store right away and spoke to Sasha and was told that since Rebecca; my sales person wasn’t there and her immediate boss was busy with a customer it would have to wait until tomorrow when they open. What a load of crap with these people. I have never had to deal with incompetence at this level. Bad leadership and no initiative is obviously what this store is good at doing.

No stars, worse customer service ever!!! Walk in and see two employees. Two other customers are in the store. They are together. We walk toward the recliners. After a few minutes, Victor, comes up and asks do you need help? Yes, my mother is looking for a chair/recliner. No problem, we can also special order for you. Let me know if you need any other help. Really!!! Ok, let that go. Walk toward the back and see other recliners. See Victor sitting at his desk. Wait a couple of minutes. Another lady walks in they greet her. Still waiting and he’s still sitting. Walk up and ask him if he gets paid by commission. Yes sir I do. Just wondering because you are just sitting there. So he says, I told you to tell me when you needed help. Again, really!!! Told him this is the worse customer service. I told him to get someone else to help. He said ok and walked away. A few minutes pas and no one. Tell my mother lets go. As we are walking out a lady comes out and says may I help you? No thank you, you took to long. She said sorry I was helping another customer. Really, in the back? Went to FAMSA down the road and purchased a new recliner in less than 30 minutes!!! They have great customer service. Wouldn’t let me do no stars :/

As a recent San Antonio transplant, I have been doing a lot of furniture shopping lately, so all the stores run together in my mind. This one, however, stands out as one of the lesser ones I have visited. First off, we were shopping for at least 20 minutes before we found an employee to help us, and we had to search for him… Then he did not seem very motivated to sell anything. It seemed as though most of the store(at least 60%) was«yellow label» which means it is clearance, floor model pricing that they are very firm with. Overall, not a place I would highly recommend but you might find something you like there, some stuff didn’t look bad, just not my style. I would recommend going here to look but not with a high expectation to make a purchase.

As far a budget house furniture stores, this is pretty close to the bottom. Everything is sold, as is… or what you see is what you get. Pricing was fair, but the store manager is not. He is always on the defensive and very arguementive. He really should look around before speaking out about potential customers or like us… they will walk out the same door they came in. Buyers Beware!
