Solar Conduit

BEWARE! I was RIPPED OFF by «Solar Conduit» retail company, in San Antonio, TX (
). I ordered a pump from them (him) [actually the company appears to be entirely run by one person/​crook: Ken Solis (
)] and although my Paypal payment was promptly charged and accepted, I did not receive any kind of receipt e-​mail or anything. When i contacted him, he repeatedly said the pump was back-​ordered and would be shipped soon, but he soon stopped returning e-​mails and never returned my many calls (an answering service always answers Solar Conduit’s phone)! I complained to PayPal, local Better Business Bureau in Texas, and anyone else i could think of, with no luck. He had stalled me long enough with the backorder lies that I could no longer do anything about the payment! I even wrote to some of his Facebook friends, sharing my story and asking them to contact Ken and pressure him to give me my hard-​earned $ back… I only got two replies, which said they did not know him and had met him only briefly… I lost $ 1,087, and his «business» is still up and running, apparently. This makes me believe that there must be other customers of Solar Conduit who have also been similarly charged and then ignored (ripped off), like I have been. It seems like he has been getting away with this for YEARS. What a slime this guy is!

Be careful! They appear to run out of a storage unit. They use an answering service for a customer service line, and don’t return calls. They have a non-​operating email link for customer service. They do, however, immediately run your purchase on your card! Try another company for your own sake!
