Sonia helped me find a house in 2 days of actual searching (military move) and several weeks of online help prior. All of our communication ahead of time really helped us target our search once I arrived. And it was not a «just settle for any house» situation; she helped me find an amazing home that our family will spend many happy years in. Her local knowledge is impressive and she pointed out many features about the houses that we toured that I would just not have thought about if she didn’t mention them. That was really valuable to me. I would highly recommend Sonia for her professionalism, patience, and local knowledge.

We have worked with many real estate agents that say they will go above and beyond, but nobody worked as hard as Sonia. She truly went the extra mile to find us a home in 4 days. As a military family we knew we wanted to buy a home in San Antonio, even though we did not know the different areas in the city. We were on a very restricted time schedule and with only a two day notice, Sonia was able to show us a variety of homes in the types of neighborhoods we specified we wanted. She is very intuitive, very knowledgeable and professional. She is a full service realtor and was available from early in the morning to late at night. It was clear to us that she many other clients, but we never felt our case suffered from it or that our business was not her priority. She truly loves what she does and it was obvious to us, she was very good at it. She didn’t only show us houses to «buy,» she helped us inspect them and pointed out things we didn’t even notice. Buying a house can be a very emotional and realtors will allow buyers to purchase a house based on this. Sonia, always listened to what we wanted, but always explained market and resale value. I am confident we purchased a home that met our needs in a great neighborhood. She will definitely be our realtor for life and we would highly recommend her to our friends and family.

We had an amazing experience with Sonia and her team! They all worked so hard to get us the perfect house for our new family and we couldn’t be more pleased. My husband is in the Army and we recently PCS’d from Maryland to San Antonio. We were very excited to come here because our dream has always been to own a home and houses here are not just beautiful but also very affordable. Sonia was awesome! It was my first time buying a house, but she was extremely helpful during the entire process.

Mid last year my family relocated to San Antonio from California. The move did not go smoothly. The moving company were crooks, the apartment we thought was a first floor ended up being a third floor and we got here in July when it was insanely hot.
The thing that DID go smoothly was working with Sonia and the network of support she brought to our house hunt. She recommended a lender, a title company and even painters after we closed. We got very good rates and prices from all of them.
I’d like to point out that we met with Sonia very informally, and did the entire home search and purchase process over a handshake. I’ve never liked having to sign contracts for services at all, let alone for high-​stakes things like retaining a realtor. In the end it was her accessability and great support that kept us working with her, not a contract.
We gave her a big list of needs in a home and spent a few months zeroing in on one that was a great fit. She provided a very effective search tool to us that was much more current than Zillow or any of the other DIY home hunt sites.
When the time to offer & negotioate came, suffice it to say we got a great price with an awesome allawance for closing costs. In the end our new home appraised for much more than what we paid, and we are now able to start the process of making it our own.
If I get things my way I’ll never move again… If I have to, I’m calling Sonia first!

She explained us in the beginning very well what our options were, and what to expect. Sonia also is a very strong negotiator which proves invaluable whether you are buying or selling. Sonia was referred to me by a coworker and she has helped me purchase my 1^st home in 2010 and our 2^nd home in 2013.
She was amazing all throughout the process and with the follow-​up. As a first-​time homebuyer, I was a bit fearful of making the leap and buying a home.
