South Texas Collision

Worst place I’ve ever dealt with in my LIFE. The only reason I continue to deal with them is because im under warranty. I went to them with an engine problem and they told me the repair should take a week and a half at the longest… it took a month…4 months after they «fixed» the problem, one of my fuel lines disconnected in the middle of the road, I told them what happened they told me they were gonna look at it, fix it and let me know when my car was ready… they never called back. I had to call THEM to see if my car was ready. They told me my car was ready, they double checked everything and they are washing it now and I can pick it up. First of all my car looked dirty when I picked it up so he lied about washing it… anyway once I get to my car I notice a button was broken. I had to ask the guy about the button and he act like it was his first time seeing the button broken. I don’t understand how you can doublecheck the car not see that. They said they were going to order the part to fix it and call me when it comes in… Once again they never called. Two weeks go by and I had to call THEM AGAIN about the part and he’s said I’ll go find out and I will call you back and that was last week. Do not go to these people. If there was a rating lower than one I would give it to them
