This store needs help! Seriously… I called to come in for a possible carrier change from Verizon to Sprint and talk prices. I informed the man that I was going to come in. Once I was there 3 minutes later, I was told to wait and he would be right with me. There was three other customers he was helping. I was waiting patiently for about 15 minutes until someone came in with problems with their brand new service. It was a turn off waiting that long(he could have told me to come in later that he was busy) and the fact that someone was having issues with Sprint… Guess I’ll stay with Verizon.
