Ms Rene was very helpful. We forgot our bag with our business cards and we’re here for NIKKEN convention. She was able to pull up our file and print the same cards we had printed in California. Thanks for all you do. It was a relief and was done the same day! Outstanding !

The overall environment is very professional here. If you see my other reviews, the experiences at two other office stores were quite… sub-​par. The staff is actually attentive and asks if you need assistance. I was moseying around with an employee and was asked three separate times if I needed help… AWESOME!
The only downside, I saw a KILLER DEAL (of course it was too good to be true… they forgot to take the paper out of the plastic.)
I would recommend coming to staples than the other two…

The copy and shipping desk at this store really saved my bacon. I made a complete mess out of some multipage handouts I volunteered to make. I noticed what a wreak they were the morning I was to deliver them. I stopped in to see if they could help and the employee (who was amazing) figured the mess out, double sided copied everything and made nice booklets … and it only took a couple of hours. Best of all … I took full credit and was much appreciated for my efforts. Life was good that day … very, very good!

I just visited this location today and the staff was very courteous and professional. I ended up buying some file folders and I must say I love the layout of this location. It’s very trendy/​modern looking, yet it feels very open at the same time. The displays (like the Philips Hue) are awesome! The iPad displays need some work.
–1 star because I needed card stock paper and they showed they had it in stock but they could not locate it. Inventory (and its accuracy) should be a priority at any retailer as you can’t make revenue without it. The associate helping me did offer to check the other store’s inventory and told me they showed they had some, but to call and verify the stock would’ve been more appropriate (seeing as the location I was currently in showed they had like 4 and they couldn’t find those). I ended up going to that location the next morning and finding what I needed at the Staples store off of ¹⁶⁰⁴⁄₂₈₁.
–1 star also for the print center being severely understaffed. I waited almost an hour to speak to someone about business cards as they only had one person stationed there and there was a gentleman in front of me with «just one question» — unfortunately for me, it was a never-​ending question that led to more questions. When the young lady did free up she went and helped the guy that walked up AFTER I had instead of approaching me first, since I was there first.
PS: don’t forget your Staples rewards card.

Why aren’t there more Staples in SA?!? Amazing service, selection and most of all OPTIONS!
Compared to Office Depot and Office Max, Staples is like Willy Wonka’s chocolate room. The store is just jam packed with supplies, printers, electronics and (my favorite) computer parts. The others look absolutely anemic in comparison.
I went here looking for one specific computer part. Not only did they have it (when Best Buy, Office Max and Office Depot didn’t), but the guy helping me was able to find a cheaper version that wasn’t on display. How many times have you heard of a store employee trying to save a customer money?
