Absolutely sub-​par service.
First of all, the person who answered the phone has no experience with customer service nor does he know anything about the types of questions to ask. Their english was horrible and it was a struggle for them to understand me, better yet even know the terminology I was using (which I assume being a print shop they would know.
I asked to speak with someone who could better communicate in english and got someone who was supposedly the Owner (‘“Serd”?). He quoted me $ 2 more per t-​shirt given the SAME exact information I told the first person. When I asked why he would quote me more, his answer was, «Oh, he’s new» (referring to the first person I spoke to).
I found it hard to believe that I was calling a place of business at all. Both individuals were not helpful, did not apologize for misquoting, nor did they try to earn my business. There were awkward moments of silence as if I am the one that’s supposed to drive the conversation.
Never will I even consider calling them again. Please beware! I have a feeling they have no idea what they’re doing.

I called around a TON of places to get two handkerchiefs embroidered with a little saying and this was BY FAR the best deal! The customer services was great, I got it back in the same day and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I would highly recommend this place for anything you need embroidered.
