ZERO stars. They did nothing they promised. The recorded message states «as our promise to you», we will call you back within one hour. I called three times, my call was retuned two out of three times, never within an hour. On the day of service, they called and said they would be no more than an hour late; one hour and fifteen minutes later I called them and got the recording AGAIN, left a message stating my displeasure at the unkept promise and wish to cancel. Nobody called me back to apologize or explain, just a no-​show. Today I called Stanley Steemer. A few dollars more, but I know they will show up and do what they promised.
