The building continues to deteriorate over time. Several windows have had to be replaced due to cracking. We think there are some foundation shifting issues causing this. The parking garage entrance used to be marked 6’6″, but not it’s just 6 feet, which leads us to believe there is significant shifting there too. When it rains, it pours inside the parking garage due to seams on the deck that have not been maintained. And inside the building it seems one of the two elevators is out of service quite often. The HVAC system is still having issues as some days the heat is blowing along the windows while air conditioning is blowing in the middle of the office. That has to be inefficient.
