Wow… I came in and there were 3 men packing. One step in the back when I stand at the counter and the other to keep on working and ignored me. Then I thought that the the man that left was supposed to help me so when he came back nobody even talk to me as I stood there at the counter with my box waiting for help. I soon had to ask them if I am at the wrong place and a one-man irritatingly ask me what do I need help with… I was so appalled at the behavior yes of course eventually they help me but it was shitty how they treated me in the beginning

I have been in this store 4 times in the last month and each time I have had to leave because either the wait time exceeds 30 minutes or the service I need cannot be done by the associate because they don’t know how to do it. I asked for documents to be scanned and emailed and was told she didn’t know how. Ive been to 2 other UPS stores that did this service and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Find another store unless you have time to kill.

Good, prompt service. Wouldn’t spend time hanging out here, but for all my shipping and mailing needs, they are the bomb-diggity.
