8 TWC employees behind the desk only 3 people working!!! Poor customer service they are great at avoiding eye contact management included. They see a line but do nothing :(

I’ve been a POTW… prisoner of Time Warner for decades. While deployed, my cable was shut off. I calculated the 14 hour time diff and called to find out why. Yep, called TWC from a deployed location. The rep explained ‘you’ turned in an order to disconnect. From Afghanistan? The hell I did! She could give me no further detail. I tried to right the ship with her to no avail so I accessed the website and placed another order for service. Something was lost in translation so the order didn’t process correctly. What? TWC, not user friendly? No! Bottom line: my security system runs on it, but I couldn’t work it out over the phone or on line. Why aren’t I giving them 1 star then you ask? I stopped by the office today and a young man, Laine, was incredibly helpful. Shouldn’t have taken all that… shouldn’t have taken any of that, but it did. And it’s why they get two stars.
