Worst experience! Our luggage was not put on board even after it had been ticketed and we got verification it would be loaded. when I called to attempt to find the location of our luggage they were no help! It turns out our luggage was left at the orginal boarding in Dallas TX, which i called when i found our luggage was not on board and the ladies were no help. They wouldnt even go check if the luggage had been left behind. We finally had to get family members to go look for our luggage which thankfully was still outside the bus station. We had to have them bring our luggage to Laredo tx causing a big inconvenience and expense. Do not take this bus!

Nunca habia venido a esta estacion, pero me voy desepcionado, asientos en la sala de espera terriblemente incomodo, el personal parece que no conoce bien el procedimiento, el seguro de viajero no preguntan si lo quieres, solo lo dejan y te lo cobran, lo unico bueno es que cuentan con wifi gratis, los precios son regulares…

ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES TuriMex Lic! When they do answer the telephone, the guy who answers the telephone for TuriMex in San Antonio. 223‑1333, is one of the rudest most verbally abusive operator I have ever spoken with. I called on 4÷23÷2014 at 3:45 p.m. and he did not answer until almost an hour later. it never went into hold mode either. His command of the English language is poor. HORRIBLE SERVICE. After seeing all the reviews on the web, this company is not one that I would trust. They reported that the drivers are reckless and speed excessively. The Mexicans have THE WORST SERVICE AND STAFF! BEWARE!
