Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went here yesterday to get an oil change and was not disappointed. It was 15 minutes from pull up (the bays were all full at the time I arrived) to departure. I went with a Full synthetic oil (due to our car’s specs) and an air filter changed and while the prices were only slightly better than the dealer, the speed of service was WAY faster and the ability to use a coupon brought the price down even more.
The assistant manager Richard was very attentive and professional, giving me information on our battery testing low, but not hard selling me on a replacement (since it should be covered by a warranty) and not attempting to convince me to buy anything outside of the oil and air filter that I requested. The rest of the staff was very polite and professional and I will definitely be making this our go to location for future oil changes.

Extremely slow service. I would give my experience today 0 stars. This location is the worst. I have been to other locations and in and out in 15 minutes. It took them 30 minutes to change my oil with 6 guys working here and one other car. Like they just didn’t give a F today. No customer service. I came in for a basic oil change, nothing else. Just horrible

Excellent and fast service today. I thought I was getting out of work early, only to discover that the 5 year old battery in my truck was dead. I found someone at work that could give me a jump enough to get me to Valvoline. You may ask why I came here rather than just going to Walmart. Valvoline sells Interstate batteries, and if you’ve done research on auto batteries, you’ll find that Interstate batteries come out on top of most auto battery tests.
So, I came here and was greeted immediately by one of the nicest service agents I think I have dealt with at any Valvoline… No high pressure sales of things I didn’t need. He listened, got my truck directly into a bay, and had a new heavy duty Interstate battery in my truck in about 15 minutes… Super service, and great attitude. I left very pleased that a bad situation was dealt with quickly and professionally, with no hassle.

My husband stumbled on these guys via a Groupon deal and had such an awesome experience he sent me to them and I was not let down! They are thorough, polite, and very efficient. Better still, I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I’m a woman (trying to sell me things that I don’t need ect) which was extremely refreshing. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been a customer of this Valvoline over many years. However I recently bought a new car and have not been to this location lately. Let me start of by saying that I went there today and I was completely shocked at the disrespect of the staff. I never would of expected to be treated this way. As I pulled in the location I pulled over to the shoulder because I was meeting my father there. He was picking me up. So we could visit for a while, as my oil was being changed. As I’m trying to figure out where he is, a employee comes tearing out the exit of the garage with the horn blasting at me. Drives by me and drives back into the entrance of garage. When I say blasting, I mean he put his hands on the horn and didn’t let off until he was on the other side of the building. As I pulled into the entrance of the garage, I saw my father who had already made arrangements for me to have a oil change. As I said before I have been customer of this location over the years, but not been there with my new vehicle. My father mistakenly informed the manager that vehicle had been there before. We returned about 30 minutes later. Richard gave my father a paper and said Sir this car has not been here before fill this out. My father replied Sure no problem. We entered the lobby area where I filled out the information. Name, address, vehicle information. As we exited the lobby area the same employee George who blasted his horn at me earlier, stated «I will show you what to do with that paper». I guess once again somehow we had offended George. I am completely shocked a how we were treated. Valvoline you lost a customer today.

Real nice fellas… I dropped by on Saturday hoping for an oil change but they were packed. Guy told me it was the beginning of the month so everyone is getting inspections… good point, I never think about that!
I came back today & there was no one there. I drive on in & head to the waiting room. They tell me 5 minutes later that they don’t have the oil filter. My 2^nd strike out! (The 1^st at Oil Can).
They nicely offer to top off my fluids & check my tire pressure anyway. One guy expressed concern over my oil level & recommends I take it to the dealer cause to appears a part may have been ruined at my last oil change. I appreciated that, too.
Onto the dealer I go.,
