I normally get good service however this time i needed a picture fixed cause it was to place the pic in a frame to be given as a gift. The employee Martha was rushed and seemed frustrated by my situation. She rolled her eyes and told me it was my fault. Ive had them fix before however this employees bad day is everyone’s fault. She was helping an elderly as well and became impatient. I like Walgreens but people like this that are inexperienced don’t help

The gal on the phone was very friendly when I tried to refill my prescription. The drive-​thru was quite slow, but I’m a pretty patient person so I just waited my turn. I’m not sure what took so long for the pharmacist to come to the window each time. After I pulled up it took her several minutes to greet me. I’m not sure if she was the same person I spoke with but she was also very friendly.
