Waters At Elm Creek

I have been here for 6 months now and it has exceeded my expectations! I have leased at 3 different places prior to this and I absolutely LOVE this apartment.
1. There are plenty of parking spots. this is a huge issue when I try to visit a friend’s place — no parking! Even the parking spots themselves are spacious.
2. The walls are wonderfully thick. I can’t hear my neighbors! IT’S PERFECT! If you’ve rented apartments before, this is IMPORTANT.
3. The complex itself is very quiet and very tidy. I walk my dog every morning and I see management going around and picking up litter or any trash all the time.
4. The office staff are so helpful and nice. They are friendly and truly get to know the residence.
5. There is free coffee in the office!!! FREE COFFEE!
6. The community is pretty close knit. They have at least 2 – 3 community events every month and it’s great getting to know your neighbors.
7. And I love the pricing for this complex. For a gated community with a friendly staff, you can’t beat the price!
8. The location is perfect! When I first moved here, it rained A LOT. A huge portion of the town flooded and the area around here did also. However, there are so many routes to get to the entrance of the apartment, I was never flooded out or in the apartment. The land is also pretty high and there’s a mini bayou next to the entrance so we never get flooded!
9. Also, whenever I call for maintenance, they are ALWAYS really timely.
The only honest negative thing I can say about this place is that sometimes my packages don’t get here. I’m not sure if it’s a postal issue or what, but I wasn’t able to receive 2 of my routine packages that always made itself to me when I was in a different complex.
¹⁰⁄₁₀ would re-​lease here again in May 2016!

I am finishing up my third year here and plan on renewing my lease for a fourth. I love it here because of it’s location, off of the main roads and within five minutes of the medical center, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The property itself is quiet and serene.
I am confined to a wheelchair and was especially happy to move in here because the apartments are wheelchair accessible. The staff is awesome. The assistant manager Christi is professional and extremely helpful. She has been here as long as I have and I hope she will be here as long as I am.
Bono and Leo are the property’s maintenance gurus and they go above and beyond in their duties. And I can’t forget our courtesy officer Ryan. He also goes above and beyond in his duties. He is always available when everyone else has gone home. I highly recommend this property to young professionals and retired professionals as well.

Awesome place to live, quite, clean, with an awesome office staff, and maintenance that works really hard!

I love living here. Warm staff, willing to go extra mile. Great maintenence response time!
