If you are looking for a group to train with no matter if you’re a beginner or expert, this is the place for you! Edgar is extremely knowledgable on injuries, paces, gear, etc. The running group has many runs throughout the week and everyone is very friendly. Don’t hesitate to try it! Also the store carries some cool gear :)

This is a fantastic running group and a great, locally owned running store. The owners, Edgar and Jonna, have created something really special. If you are considering joining a running group or in need of any and all things running, I would recommend checking them out!

Perfect local running shop! I made a quick stop to buy some KT tape since I have been having some knee issues and was immediately greeted. If you have ever done a pub run, you will recognize the owner of the shop but that’s beside the point. He definitely listens to what other people have to say since he didn’t carry KT but a much better product in Muscle Aid. Through feedback from others who were having the same issues as myself (the tape not sticking) they made the decision to go with a better product. Small interactions can make a big difference and think everyone should encounter the same service I did. Definitely earned a repeat customer in the two minutes I was in the shop.
